Damage Controllers gone Insane--->Tuesday!!!

So yesterday ended up being a rest day after all. Today the rotation calls for CP&R but it's the 2nd one of the week so I want to sub in MIST if I have the time for it.

I really need to watch it this month. My weight is not out of control and has dropped a bit from the Turkey Day debacle but it's definitely UP from where I want it and has been for a couple of weeks pretty much. I KNOW it's because of the food and the drinking as of late and it will only go up MORE if I don't behave myself as much as possible! :eek: I worked my azz off to lose the weight I lost over the last few months and was THRILLED with the results! I can't let the holiday season to ruin that!:mad::mad::mad: Who's with me on this, ladies!? Lori, don't even bother raising your hand,girl cause you won't gain but an ounce anyway so just go sit in that corner over there and keep quiet okay!? ;):p:D

Well, I didn't have time to do MIST this morning so I opted for INSANE ABS and then I can do MIST when I get back from dropping DS off at school in a little while. :)

We are just getting on the go. DS slept until 8:45 today! Woo Hoo! And I didn't move until he did, I must have needed the sleep. I usually wake up around 8'ish and I didn't even hear DD getting ready for school!:confused:

Yesterday was another Insanity day! Crazy,huh? Thats 3 Insanity workouts in the last little while! I must be in the mood or something. I thought I was picking out the tougher, longer one, but i didn't. I did MCC, which was good b/c I didn't feel like I was dying;) Then I did the leg work from MIS. Im not sure what I am doing today or when I am doing it. Its easier to do a dvd with DS around.

Wendy** Sorry to hear I had runied your post yesterday...even though technically I didn't...if you look at the times:eek::rolleyes::D Some people just don't know when to get up in order to start a thread! LOL Im not sure what its like for you guys but this month will be full of eating and drinking. My only saviour is that I am a shift worker so I don't have to go to everything. I could always use the excuse that I had to work but now I just work days so I will have to use the excuse that I have to work in the a.m. Then everything dies after christmas, don't see anyone and everyone starts their diets! Good job with your workout!

Laura** Sorry to hear things are so crazy for you right now. It makes the day go by alot faster though, doesn't it?

For some reason I had a parcel delivered yesterday. Well, the parcel left again b/c I didn't answer the door:confused: cause I was working out. I just checked the mail and the delivery notice was there and it said I had to pay 11.50. I haven't ordered anything lately ONLY some stuff from sears and I opted to have it delivered to my house but I only placed that order sat and the delivery time wasn't suppose to be until the 10th. Unless its a christmas parcel from my sister...which I won't be impressed if I have to pay for it!:eek: LOL I guess DS and i will run out later and pick it up. I kinda hope its my sears parcel...cause there are a few things in there for MEEEEE!

Good Morning girls! I hope you all had a wonderful holiday and weekend. I caught up on reading our threads Sunday night, but never got a chance to post that night or yesterday. It's crazy busy around here right now with some of our staff on vacation or out sick, plus I've got meeting this Friday and am behind the eight ball because of the lost time from the holiday. I went home with a headache yesterday and I'm well on my way there today :rolleyes:

Yesterday I did Insane Abs for the first time and really liked it. I followed it up with a 15 minute HIIT run on the treadmill. Today calls for UB, which will have to get done tonight while DSO is at a meeting and the kids are with their dad. (Did I just say that I'm going to have a few mintues to myself???:eek:)

I lent my Insanity Deluxe dvds to my girlfriend yesterday and I'm already having withdrawals :confused: To boot, after she picked them up she said she'd only have them for a week or two :eek: I don't know if I can handle this.

Wendy: Count me in! I have been far too relaxed in my eating lately, it's gross. I need to change my mentality now before all the Christmas crap starts turning up.

Lori: I can't imagine that you'd have to pay anything for your Sears parcel! That should have been incorporated in the original charges. I'm curious now and want to know what you got.

Oh, I ordered Precision Nutrition the other day. Hope that gets here soon. I've heard good things about it, and the only reason I went for it is because they were including the $40 Gourmet Nutrtion cookbook in the offer for free. Yup, I was a sucker. Hope it's worth it.

Hi Ladies !

Just a quickie to say I am alive but haven't done a doggone workout for days ! We had a houseful last night with my brother & family here along with my kids and had a great BBQ (goooooo DH ! YUM !) and some good fun.

They will stay tonight too - we are all going to the Sharks game (first one for my youngest nephews, 16 & 18 and they are thrilled) and then I'm back to work without an assistant (can you say two jobs to do ! :eek:) so I'll try to get here soon to catch up.

Hope you all are doing well with the Damage Control that I've seen mentioned here and there. I had shorts on the other day and I know where my couple of pounds has landed and taken control of ! :rolleyes:

Definitely need to get working out - eating hasn't been too bad for me so hopefully it will all get back into control soon.

another WILD day .. but I am at my desk . think you could find me if you dig thru the TON of paperwork I am buried under :mad: last night taught step circuit .. first time I have done step in a while ... knee did ok .. but was puffy at the end ..

Wendy .. I am with you on the major damage control .. although w/my schedule it may not fully kick in till after the Holidays ..LOL .. I thought on way to work .. the only way I can survive and NOT pack on the pounds is to watch the eats and somehow UP the exercise on the days of a party ???

Lori .. you prbly dont have any damage to control .. seems you never miss a workout ... sooooo me thinks that should be my attempt ..NEVER to miss a workout .. :D .. I will try at least :eek:

Jen .. I have been swamped too . .. Insane Abs huh?? can ONLY imagine .. and I cant beleive you lent out SeanT ... must have been a weak moment on your part huh??? lol

Jacque .. well maybe the non workouts will help the aches and pains to heal .. so far my knee has done well w/some resting .. GO SHARKS ..

OK .. tonight is either Plyo class or 4 step torture .. I am leaning towards 4 step .. but Plyo really should follow the step circuit class .. no extra workouts to report .. been too swamped .. working some thru lunch .. ugh .. anyways ... hello to all that follow .. gott jet .. have a great one!:D
