Good Morning!
I went to bed last night at a sensible time so I feel pretty good. I have to actually work today My boss gave me an assignment to do so I am really hoping not to slit my wrist between now and the end of the month!
Yesterday I did the GS UB's and my chest was sore even before i went to bed, so I knew I was in for it today. Sure enough, I think everything is sore except my shoulders and my inner thighs were sore yesterday from that long run. So I think today I will just do a run on the TM and some abs work. Im up early enough to get a good workout in. I have two things to atten this week. My baby group dinner (tomorrow night) and the ugly sweater party on fri night. Enough time in between to get some good workouts in so I don't get all pudgy and stuff
I should get this workout started I suppose! I am actually starting to get a little hungry...I guess my belly will have to wait!
