High Reps is done. I did the Full-Lower Body First Premix today. Figured I'd get the legs outta the way first! ;) Like I posted in FB though, they actually are not the hardest part of this w/o for me! I can NOT get through triceps! I keep having to skip the dips! I am not using heavy weights either so I don't know what gives!? I guess I could lighten up a bit anyway and see if that helps. My tri's are usually pretty tough when it comes to endurance work but I think they've finally met their match! :eek:

I'm struggling with this keyboard in the dark. It's only five am and I don't want to wake anyone. I've been tossing and turning and decided to just get up.

Yesterday was bootcamp last night only and this morning will be High Reps.

Wendy-This w/o fries my tri's too. You are not alone in this.

We have our laptop on our kitchen table for lack of a better place to put it. There's an extra "place" since there are only 3 of us so it's out of the way. When we want to use it, we just pull it over. Anyway, when I first started using it on a daily basis to go online in the morning I would only turn the light on under the stove. Not sure why but I did and then I would find myself struggling trying to type. I finally realized I was struggling for no good reason :rolleyes: and now I turn the kitchen light on when I get up. It doesn't bother anybody anyway.

High Reps the morning after Boot Camp? Better you then me! :p
 
Good morning ladies !

My back was soooo stiff y'day, even after wearing the Thermal heating pack all day (stayed warm until after work!:p) so I skipped my workout and am now on track for the December rotation with Intensity being completed - Timesaver version of step + HiiT lo only. 45 min and sweaty mess worked for me as I'm thoroughly exhausted and ready for work. Yea sure . . . would rather take a nap. :rolleyes: Not hungry either but downing a piece of toast with PB on it since I know my stomach will be speaking to me later.

Wendy - nice job on the High Reps ! Haven't done that one yet . . . thinking it will be Fri maybe since LBB is tomorrow. May be tonight since I have an early meeting out of town in the AM. We have 2 computers, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. I have been bringing home a work laptop so I can sit comfortably on my couch and watch TV at the same time ! ;)

Diana - wow, not sure I could do BC and then HR back to back like that either ! Hope your meetings this week go OK and take your mind of the BSB ! LOL about not turning on the light . . . I'm that way too. Ever notice that the guys don't pay attention to that? At least my DH doesn't notice when he uses the hall bath the light shines directly on my face, the noise is loud since he doesn't close the door and flushing a toilet 5 feet away from the one in our bedroom doesn't really make much difference ! Ugh ! Funny just the same how our minds work vs theirs. Have a splendid day !

Laura - hope today is better than y'day and that you had a knock 'em out class last night !

Lori - how did y'day end up for you? Do tell how far you got on Xmas so you can motivate the rest of us . . . :rolleyes:

Jacque:: Funny--I wanted a lap top for a couple of reasons...one was to have an extra computer in the house so we wouldn't have to "fight" over it and also because I wanted to be able to be online w/o being away from the family all of the time. That being said, I can probably count on one hand how many times I've used the lap top in the living room. :/ I find it extremely uncomfortable to sit with it on my lap and try to manipulate either the remote mouse we have for it or the laptop mouse itself. I COULD set it up on a tray table in there but that's too much trouble. Easier just to sit in the kitchen. The kitchen is less removed from the livingroom then where the desktop is so it's a step in the right direction atleast! :p Good job with INTENSITY this morning girl!
 
Hello ladies ..

I am on counter and we are STILL SWAMPED .. coworker still out today .. :confused: .. where do these people come from ?? LOL .. chkn in on my break .. last night was COLD .. but good .. did circuit .. and it was mostly cardio .. so was easier for me .. but did harder abs at end .. so my core is a bit sore today .. but other than that NO DOMS :eek::eek::eek::p write it down in history books .. LOL

Wendy ... the tris give me fits on HR too ..and yes I am using VERY light weight but they are KILLER .. usually I have trouble w/the bis .. but not on HR .. she KILLS the tris!!!

Di .. I didnt sleep well .. DH SNORING :mad::mad::mad: I was hollering at poor Buster .. but it was DH :confused: Buster looked at me .. like: crap mama .. it aint me .. yell at the big guy!!! :p at least somebody slept good ..

Jacque .. no better today .. BUSY busy!!! Class last night did help my feelings a bit!!! {insert evil grin} ... stress level still UP THERE .. so gonna be another chance tonight to take out some of the frustrations {insert evil laugh}

OK .. gotta jet ... tonight is going to be one of my older core weight matt classes :eek: I started thinking been a while since I did it .. why not .. it is all about shocking the old bod right?? LOL .. hurts to think about it though .. OH WELL ... have a great one!!:D....

Hello Ladies...

So I don't think I told y'all this yet but as you know my Uncle was in town over the weekend and we went to my mom's to visit with him. Well he flew back home Sunday and sent me an email y'day about the visit, etc. and totally complimented me on how FANTASTIC I look! I think I was blushing reading it! I am bad about taking compliments but trying to get better. :eek: I still blush though. Anyway, it makes me so happy to hear things like this! It totally validates all of the hard work I do! :) We had a short convo when we were visiting him about how I get up and work out at 5am and he wrote in his email to keep doing whatever it is I am doing at 5am. Thank you Cathe! LOL

Laura:: Enjoy your class tonight! Hopefully you'll have more DOMS to speak of tmrw! Can't go more then 24 hours without being in pain, you know! :p I am glad I am not the only one who thinks the tri's in HR are crazy hard! :eek:

What a freaking day .. changed my mind .. going to do a mish mosh class .. plyo - weights - matt - and core :eek: (yes it has been that kind of day)
