Good Morning.
So my work outs came USPS Priority Mail y'day. I was confused b/c after using USPS in the recent past (although perhaps it wasn't priority??) and not getting my order for a week I KNOW I would not have picked them on purpose, I am now thinking that perhaps it was the only option available to me when I preordered??? I guess I should be thankful because I wasn't expecting them until today originally! This also explains why I never got a shipping notice! THIS is exactly why I usually don't freak out about this kinda stuff!
So now I have a dilemma. What work out to do! I am up for cardio. I just did f/b weights on Sunday so I don't want to do that again. I just did L/B only on Friday so I don't want to do that again yet either. This means if I want to do a NEW work out it's got to be INTENSITY which is fine but I wanted to save it for Turkey Day! Now what?! Oh the trouble that lies before me! Whatever will I do about this? LOL
So I am up early this morning-awake since 3. I was afraid to try too hard to get back to sleep b/c my alarm was only going to go off at 4 and I would be really pissed if I rolled around and struggled to get back to sleep only to be woken up just a short time later sooooo at about 3:15 I just got up. I went to bed early last night. I should be fine....
