No time to check in at work !
At home and the plan was an outdoor run - but since it's 97' outside and 87' inside I guess I'll choose and indoor workout. May wait a little bit to see if by some miracle a breeze comes up?
Laura - bummer you didn't do the workout you had planned but sounds like the extra cardio made up for some of it. Plus no rest between sets helps too ! I don't think you were too far off the 10K. After all, it only takes about a 12 min or so walk to get that many steps in. The weights and cardio took care of the steps.
LOL about VBF and you girls watching the Bachelorette. Every once in a while I see a show like that an usually don't change it. Good job on the eats - So all you had was a potato for dinner? That wouldn't tide me over all night. I'd probably be up in the middle of my sleeping and eat a spoonful of PB or something.
I think Diana should be back tomorrow but Wendy was going for 5 days (?) and left on Sat if I remember correctly. She may be gone a bit longer still. Oh my - how did your workout for tonight go?

It's good you are keeping busy - I tell you it is nice not to have others you have to work your schedule around, right !

I do miss the daily interaction with my kids though.

BM2 power circuits, huh? Need to check that one out for sure. Sounds like you got a goodie in there last night even though you weren't "feeling it". And the a great run this AM before work. I watered outside rather than working out this AM. Just haven't gotten brave enough to wake DH up earlier than his alarms go off. He stays in bed until 6 but that is too late to start a workout. I'd love it at 5 but would be waking him us since my workout room shares a wall with our bedroom.
