Today the rotation calls for High Reps. I will do the Scrambled Premix. Can't wait to see how she decided to layer on the pain in this premix! ;)

Guess that's all I got for now since I was last to post y'day.

Good Morning!:D

I am multi tasking right now:D Riding the bike and typing!:D This could take a while!

I had a training session at 6:30 and now I am doing my own thing. I have already done 3 miles on the TM (25 mins), now Im doing 10 mins on the bike. I will have 20 mins leftover so I will either do some legs or back and tri's. BUT
I was hoping to try LBB tomorrow.....so UB it might be.

Wendy** I don't normally spend much $ on workout clothes either so it's my treat. I was listening to the radio yesterday and one of the tips to beat holiday stress is to take breaks during shopping and buy something nice for yourself:D Actually, most if its from DH and my sis anyway. Much like you I couldn't figure out what he could buy me so I decided to pick something that I would have never bought myself! Hope you are having a good workout.

Good morning ladies !

Well I am supposed to be off tomorrow but not sure if that will happen or not - this could be my Friday ! :p

Last night I ended up sitting down to watch the hockey game along with some work on the laptop and never did a workout. My legs were just plain old tired so gave them a break. I've totally botched up the Dec rotation so am not sure what will be on tap for tonight. And I just checked one of my emails and SIL's sent one Sun for a BDay dinner tonight for MIL & a SIL :confused: Guess I'd better call to see if it is happening? :rolleyes: :eek:

Wendy - how did you like the premix? I guess I need to start checking those out . . . lately I seem to be cutting my workouts to about 45 min or so. Getting fidgety when it comes to working out right now. I think cuz I feel so far behind in everything. :confused: Like the Xmas gift choice - I was using a cheapy one too and just bought one a little less than a Chi but it heats up to 400' so does a nice job. Quick too ! You'll enjoy it - I like it cuz it helps defrizz the remainders of my sweaty workout head ! :p

Lori - I like the pants from lululemon. Lots of really cute ones for sure ! Like Wendy though, I don't spend that much on mine. I do like the Nike running shorts so wait for them to go on sale too. LOL at you typing while on the bike - meaning you have your laptop on your lap while you are riding? That sounds like a UTube video on multitasking for sure ! ;)

Diana - good to hear you were up and around yesterday without the harsh drugs for pain. So why would DH get upset if you workout the UB? Or did the doc say that no workouts period? I remember when I had a foot cast - just took a small trash can bag and taped it to just below my knee - showered and then took it off. Works like a charm ! So what do you have planned for today ?

Laura - did you get a chance to workout last night? Hope so ! You sound like you needed the release. And how's the eye? I hate it when that happens ! Hope today is a much better day for you.

Off and running - BBL - tonight is DH's hockey night so I'm a "free woman"! :p

thought I would post first thing b/c looks like it is gonna be wild in here today ... NO WORKOUT AGAIN :mad: OMG .. everything is derailing my workouts here lately - but Jacque .. like you .. I just feel OVERWHELMED by not having enough time here lately .. I cant stand to have the house in such dissaray!!! ugh ... I wrapped again last night and I STILL am not done ... and found that I had not gotten TWO gifts I could have sworn I had .... UGH ..and DOUBLE UGH .. so I have got to go run around and find those 2 gifts today {insert crying temper tantrum here} .. I am just gonna have to say this is my rest WEEK :eek: :( :eek: b/c time is not my friend of late!!! and I found this morning I WRAPPED 2 gifts that I need to get the barcode from b/c I have rebate forms for them :mad: aaaaaggg!!!

Wendy .. you are tearing up those premixes girlie!! :p workout for me too .. b/c my lazy stressed out butt cant seem to get my act together ...

Jacque .. I feel your pain on "figity" .. ummm .. I think mine is more than "agitated to h## and back" .. LOL .. but gonna chill .. get everything done .. and have a feeling I will feel LOADS better then!! Hope today works out to be your Friday .. wish I was so lucky!! ;)

DI ... hoping you are healing nicely .. IA w/Jacque on the trash bag wrap .. I am like you I would have to figure out something .. a sponge bath just doesnt cut it :p

OK .. got to get to work .. have a TON of paperwork to wade thru!! and I will be on counter tmrw :( so gotta get it done today .. {there goes that dang time pressure thing working against me} .. OK .. have a great one and workout for me .. apparantly until I get things caught up or SEMI caught up my workouts arent happening!! wonder how many calories WRAPPING PRESENTS .. then cleaning the mess up ... only to do it again th next night .. and the next .. and sending my blood pressure thru the roof burns ????:eek:
 
Hi ladies,

I've been up for an hour, checked the news website and my work emails! I find I'm most productive in the morning so will try to get my to do list done this morning. Christmas cards and decluttering are on tap for today, since I never got to them yesterday.

This morning I'm feeling strong enough to try an UB w/o, GS C&T, and maybe even abs too. Then I can sit at the table and take care of the xmas cards. I might even see if DS can take me shopping later today.

Wendy-nice w/o this morning. I love doing the premixes too, but haven't had a chance to with the new w/o's. Variety is a good! btw, Dr. Oz had a hair specialist talking about different styling tools. She said you never want to go above 350 degrees for curling or straightening irons-you too Jacque.

Lori-you are crazy girl. Biking and typing...:D So are your clients coming to your house to w/o? If so, how is that going? Are there any issues with waking DS, DD or DH? Can you tell if biking is improving your running?

Jacque-DH was there when the doctor said I could use the elliptical in a week. As far as DH is concerned, I'm supposed to be elevating and icing my foot and staying off it as much as possible for the first week. As far as showering, its more of a balancing act...LOL.

Laura-Hope the eye is better soon. That's no fun at all. I need to get busy and wrap but can do that anytime since I'm home now.

So I took on the Christmas crowds for the first time this season last night when I went to Kohl's. It wasn't bad at all. I got what I needed and was essentially in and out of there with gifts for 4 people in an hour! The best part is that when I got to the check out there was no line! Oh and I also scored a close parking space!!! Yay me! LOL :D

Diana:: Glad you are feeling so good. That's awesome. IKWYM about being more productive in the mornings. I tend to be as well. I need my coffee/veg time but once I've had that I am ready to take on the world! LOL The inexpensive flat iron I am currently using does not have a temp gauge on it. Only numbers from 1-? to set for how hot you want it. The instruction book it came with may have said what the hottest temp is but I tossed that w/o reading it. :rolleyes: I generally keep the temp as low as I can and still get the job done. If I had to guess I would say it's not above 350 degrees. My hair is fine so it's pretty easy to straighten. I also don't hold the iron one place. I basically "brush" my hair with it until it's how I want it. I believe this is probably better for it then letting it SIT in one place for any length of time. I am going to tell Sal to buy me an iron that has a temp guage on it so I know how hot it is. I also use a protectant and leave in conditioner and I don't use the iron every day. Hopefully all of this in addition to a quality flat iron will help keep my hair from burning up! :eek: (sorry-that was a bit long winded! LOL)

Jacque:: Why not trying doing a rotation that incorporates shorter work outs right now, like 4DS or CTX? You can alternate weight and cardio days and essentially work out for just 30 mins a day! Better then having to skip it, right? :)

Laura:: I have soooo many pkgs from UPS in my living room right now! OMG! I have to start opening all of them this weekend to see what I have/don't have. I went on an ordering frenzy for about a week. I have no idea what I've got there!
