** DAMAGE CONTROL....TGIF **

Wow, I have a busy day and come to find out we have been quite a chatty bunch today!!!

This morning I did 45 min of Cardio Fusion and went for my walk at lunch. I'm almost at 12K steps which is very good for me. I use to hate cutting my workouts short, but I've come around to the fact that something is better than nothing.

We are closing on our refi tomorrow at 10am. We did not get the 4.375% we wanted but did get 4.5% which is still pretty good for a 15yr loan. We get rid of that nasty interest only heloc. I would never take out another interest only loan...live and learn. It's taken a while but I've learned and am paying the consequences.

Lori-sorry your run was interrupted with tummy troubles. That's no fun. I'll be around this weekend too. Yep, folks in Colorado can get a concealed weapons license. Personally, I don't have anything against rifles used for hunting etc, but would rather see hand guns banned. Just MHO. There is no reason for commoner to be carrying a concealed weapon.

Wendy-Nice DOM's. So Insanity arrived and its already done for the day! You sure don't waste any time. Funny you mentioned BBC...I was thinking of doing 2 weeks of BBC before starting the X.

Jen-nice job with drillmax! I do have one last ? on the GWF...for some reason the trip function doesn't seem to be working. For example I had it on Calorie mode this morning, pressed and held the reset trip (I thought the cals would go to 0 and start over. It didn't. I just wrote down the current cals and then subtracted that from the cals at the end of the workout. Do you know what I'm doing wrong? Other than that, I love this thing. I can still get my cal burn on w/o manager by using the sliders.

Jacque-you may already be outta here. Nice job with Imax 2 and hope you have a fabulous weekend. I have the same problem with my AM w/o's, it takes for every to wash, dry, and straighten my hair. Today I left it curly and put a clip in it.

Laura-Hope you start feeling better soon. Sorry to hear about DH's job situation. I know the stress, I'm feeling it now over my own job and DH isn't like his situation at work etc. Try to let it all go and enjoy your weekend.

I'm heading out to Jerod's scrimmage after I get my desk cleaned up.

bbl or tomorrow.

Diana: I think I might know what's going on. In order for the trip feature to work, use the "view" button on the bottom left side of the watch and press it until the little line thing is above the trip/reset trip button. Once in that made, hold in the reset trip button for several seconds. You should see the numbers reset at that point. Then when you want to view the calories burned or steps taken from the time you reset the trip, you'll be able to see them while the little marker is set over the trip sign. When you want to see your overall cal/steps/whatever, move the marker (by pressing the "view" button) back to "today" and you'll see the overall numbers. Does that make sense? It's late so I'm not sure I'm clear  HTH though! Let me know...

Thanks Jen. I must've done right once because I know it worked (once). I have PLB and Kickboxing (might do Amy Bento) and will give it another try then.

Thanks again...see you all in the AM.

Diana
