Hola Chicas!
Took me long enough to get here today! Jeez.
Yesterday I did SS Shape It Up and CLX Fat Burn Challenge back to back. It was fun!
Today called for Firm It Up which I did before dinner and I just got back a few minutes ago from a brisk 40 minute walk. I must have walked 2 miles if not a little more. I'm happy.
Tomorrow will be Mix It Up and another short (20-30 minutes) cardio of choice I think.
Jen:: Thanks for the GWF "push" though I rarely need one once I set my mind on a fitness purchase.

Good job on the PLB standing work today. That's a tough work out. I find myself doing PUB far more often the PLB.

Anything fun planned for this weekend? DS is sleeping at my mom's tmrw night so that we can go out to dinner with another couple. DH has known and been friends with them since he was about 15 years old.
Diana:: My friend from the cheetah thread said she'd probably join in this coming week I believe. She's been busy but intended to pop in after her life settled a bit. So exactly HOW close are you to ordering Insanity? As close as I am to ordering a GWF?

So what did you have to drink at dinner tonight? Mohitos are yummy! I am not a margarita girl though if you gave me one I don't think I'd turn it down!
Jacque:: SS is primarily endurance weights with short cardio spurts here and there. Some work outs have more cardio then others but none of them have enough for me to say "I got in cardio today" if that's all I do. Congrats on your new posting status! I never got my old moniker back when the new website launched either and look at how many posts I already have!
K, that's all until morning. DS and I need to have a snack before he goes to bed and then DH are going to have a couple of beers and play a game or something. Should be fun.
