Morning ladies !
Well it's kinda mid morning here - didn't sleep well knowing I have some tough crap going on at work and I am gonna be a basket case (stilll I guess I should say) for a while. Man oh man is my UB (between the shoulder blades - the stress area) sore sore sore . . . hope it doesn't cause a tight back like it did last year. The rest of me is just a little DOMy so it is perfect. Gonna put my w/o off until later so I can get some food in this house. Haven't been shopping for weeks . . . kinda hard to cook nothing, ya know?
I'm thinking of a CC or some other sort of run or cardio . . . feeling the "Wendy syndrome" right now.
Oh yea . . . talked to DS1 last night on the way home . . . sounds like he might just ask for a raise to make up for additional $ he needs to pay to move to another apt. His 2nd mgr in command told his district mgr to offer him more so I guess Wed. we'll see if she does. DS said he'll stay right where he is !

Lori - good you got your workout in and did others too. This is going well for you - woo hoo ! As I lay awake this AM I was thinking I just might skip the Xmas decos this year. Hoping no one asks me to do Xmas at our house again this year - I'll be a disaster - so perhaps not even a tree. Very unlike me . . . but I can only do so much. Time will tell if the holiday season catches my emotional side next month.
Wendy - sorry but you were up and at it way too early for me. I really wasn't ignoring you, but would have said the same as Diana. Heck, I did Freestyle every day with 8 lb DB's. Since legs are the strongest the soreness there typically doesn't bother me. Besides, if you did B&G and didn't get DOMS you must be very well strengthened in the LB anyway. I get DOMS every time even when I am lifting heavy. Oh oh oh, thinking Plyo Legs for today - thanks for the idea !

Diana - Saw a couple times last night that the Avs were beating the Stars again ! Woo Hoo. We lost ugly (3-0) even though we had 35 shots and more than the Blue Jackets. Lots of uncalled penalties and they were bashing us loads. Not really sure what happened because they played hard a great deal of the game. Oh well. I do think I want to start STS Meso 2 but need to firm up a bit first and increase my stamina. If I can keep my w/o's consistent for a couple weeks I'll get started. Right now I'm thinking FB (maybe circuit style) 2 x per week, one extra LB and cardio in between. By then I'll be able to see how the new DVD's will fit in. Don't have loads of time to spend so will aim for about 45 - 60 min 5 or 6 times a week. Crossing my fingers I can make it happen without any hitches.
Off to shop for sustainance . . . should BBL to report something for a w/o.
