Just getting us started...

hhhmmmm....Seems very strange for me to be the one starting the thread. Hope all is well with our early birds: Wendy, Lori and LauraR.

This morning is my last disc of Meso 1. I will be doing disc 11, back and triceps. Although I haven't been getting in my second leg w/o each week I plan on doing Legs first each week. This gives me the opportunity to still get in another leg w/o if I can.

Yesterday I managed to stay within my daily points allowance for WW, even a bit under. I weighed myself this morning and am down a bit from my last weeks weigh in, but of course I'm fully clothed at my meeting weigh ins and weighed naked this morning.

I'm here Diana. Just running late this morning so no time to get us started. :)

I did Kim Spreen's Absolute Kickboxing: Kickboxing premix with the standing core segment for my ab work today. Good stuff.

My rear view is ON FIRE today from disc 6! :eek: Toilet seat issues today for sure! :p

Diana:: Enjoy your farewell to Meso 1 work out today! I know you are happy to be getting it done with. I still have another month to go!!!

Tuesday is my busiest day of the week, and the internet was crazy at work today! So I'm just getting on to post.

I did Super Sets UB Blast. That is a great workout. SS is one of the workouts I go to when I want weights but not death. :p But the premixes are fierce. :D

Tomorrow is a run, and then we have a 2-day trip in to the capital city. So I'll have to rearrange workouts for the end of the week. Trying to decide if I want to just run with the Garmin in a new locale. Regardless, I will miss at least one workout, but it's OK. I've been solid this month and haven't missed many workouts.
 
LauraR:: SS and PP are both good work outs. I think it's SS that has some crazy u/b premixes on it! I did one once that nearly KILLED me! :eek: It was awesome! ;) Get in what you can do while you are out of town. We know you'll find a way to make up for whatever you missed some how! :D Is the trip to capital city for biz or pleasure?

ystdy was insane here .. now playing catch up .. so gotta make it quick - great class last night .. did circuit class and it was good!!! :D no doms really to report :eek: ok now that you have picked yourself up off the floor .. I will make up for it today :p more cardio than weights ystday .. more weights than cardio today!!!

Di - great job on completing Meso 1 - I wish i could do an STS rotation .. but no time right now .. dang it ..

Wendy - so YOU are the one w/the DOMS today :p glad someone has my slack!!

LauraR - ONE SOLID MONTH ... woot woot!! congrats girlie .. and you have been knocking out some killer runs and workouts in that month too ..

Hello to all that follow .. gotta jet .. tonight I plan on mish mosh class (KB swings/plankwork/pushup torture/core torture/UB LB weights/mixed in w/some PLYO BLAST) .. WOOT WOOT :eek: :D have a great one!

I finally had some computer time (for a change) this afternoon and thought I'd peek in on you girls. Sounds like you are all hard at work with rotations.

I wanted to get around here over the new year and say Happy New Year! Well, I'm a bit late but hope 2011 is treating you all well.:D

Honest, I really haven't dropped off the face of the earth. I don't get on the Cathe site as much as I used to, but still try to check in on the OD thread at least every week. I also never did get the hang of facebook.:confused: I just never got around to setting up my page, etc., etc.

I'm still doing my workouts faithfully but need to go and check out some rotations since my workouts are starting to get stale. I can't wait until spring so that I can start running again. Being outside is such a huge mental boost. As always the eats are an issue.:rolleyes: I did start tracking again after the new year and am feeling better, but dropping pounds is still quite a challenge......when will that change??? *lol*

Gotta jet - I have a day at home so I have a basement screaming at me to get cleaned up! Ta ta

So good to hear from you! Glad you are doing well and still around the forums when you can be. Sorry to hear that you and and FB don't "get along". I felt that way at first too but I have since learned how to use it and it has long been added it to my list of daily "addictions" right there next to Cathe.com. :p

Nope, the eats/weight loss thing never gets any easier. In fact, as I age, it only gets harder! :confused:

If you are looking for a good rotation and have the new work outs, you gotta give the Jan 2011 rotation a whirl! I am not good at sticking with rotations as you know but I "signed up" for this one and saw it all the way through. It was AWESOME! :D

Heya Ladies ! ! !

So where has the past week gone? Thinking it has been that long since I popped in. Quickie as it took me a long time to 'catch up' with you ladies and I gotta get some work done tonight. So far behind it is nearly making me depressed again. That along with "Wendy-style" sleep habits I am not doing many workouts, much less anything productive ! UGH ! UGH ! UGH !

I did get in a 30 min run on the TM Sund and did 30/30 last night. Tonight . . . not sure yet. DH is still gone so thinking dinner will be late. We'll see what I can crank out for the presentation I need to get together real soon ! :confused::confused:

Not even gonna try to catch up on personals other than I will take some Melatonin tonight and may look into Poochy's suggestion. I typically need 2 of the 5 mgs to get me to sleep. But only use it for one or 2 nights to get into a rythym. Typically that is . . . I think the ol' menopause is striking hard and fast as I wake up dripping with sweat a few times per night nearly every night. Need a doc appt for sure. May see what options are available. I can't seem to get into a groove here and it is making me 'crazy'!

Toodles for now - in another month I'll have my own private office with a different assistant so I'm hoping checking in will be easier. Right now I have to be the "example" and stick to business. Come March - I'm playing around like everyone else !
 
Hi girls. Checking in from my ipod while lying in bed. My little guy seems to have contracted the stomach virus thats been flyin aound. He threw up all over the love seat and himself in our livingroom eatlier. :( He is sleeping now but we are off to the doc in the morning. Fingers crossed that he doesnt get sick overnite. Well off to bed with me. Be back tmrw morning....
