PS: L&A is done. An oldie but goodie. It's a good one to really concentrate on form, IMO. Without the low-ends to do me in, I find myself sinking deep into every rep and executing each move with precision.
Eating has been better today, and after a too-big lunch yesterday, I did a good job on supper.
I'm 10-days into my "drastic" food changes, and I've lost 2 pounds so far. The tummy is flat, and I'm feeling good! That's nice since it inspires me to keep going. The intense calorie reduction has been tough.
That's an accurate description of it for sure Laura! LOL
ETA:: So I am going to start taking advantage of Cathe's sales and start purchasing the 30% off downloads each week if it's a work out that I like. This week is IMAX2. I'm definitely grabbing that one up when I get home tonight! The WOB is freezing up on me though. I need to get that figured out. I think I will post my problem over in the forum and see what they say. May just need to uninstall and reinstall. Hopefully it's that easy!

I intend on getting home early..thinking a kttl belll w/o with bob and jillian 6 week 6 pack on tap for today.....will see if shldr holds up...for sure it is plank work tweaking it.....

So I have another plan...in addition to the downloading purchasing plan I outlined previously ....When I get home later I am going to start a list. I will be keeping track of the cardios I do during my STS rotation including the ones I've already done. My goal is to not repeat any cardio during this rotation until/unless I've exhausted my entire collection OR unless portions of certain cardios are included in a WOB work out I create! Gotta be able to use that once in a while atleast. Disallowing it just wouldn't be right, ya know!? Anyway, I want to see how long it takes me to do 'em all! If this plan doesn't keep my exercise ADD at bay then NOTHING will!
Laura:: Yup, I'm all dug out. It only took about 30 minutes of shoveling and lots of salt. There you go again with the DOMS. When will you ever learn? Just kidding!
