Good Morning.
Just getting us started. Today is cardio + abs. Thinking of Athletic Step but we'll see what floats my boat when I get in there. As long as I'm sweating, that's all I care about today.
So I saw that Cathe posted the Jan rotation. I clicked on it wondering if it would lure me away from STS but it didn't. Phew! LOL
Speaking of STS. I used my old w/o cards as a guide to know what weights NOT to use (LOL). I lightened up and for the most part, chose good weight loads for the exercises. It was a much more comfortable w/o w/the lighter weights. I enjoyed it.
