Hello Ladies.
Wow, I slept until almost 8 this morning! Incredible for me!
So a work out never happened y'day because I made the mistake of deciding to "do it later" instead of banging it out b4 anything else in the morning. DH was not home and Joey and I were going to be going out by his pool. I normally would make him wait until I was done exercising but for some reason I was feeling guilty about that y'day and felt the need to take him outside first. Well, before I knew it the day had gotten away from me and I was out of time for a work out!
We had fun though. Spent about 2 hours outside in the sun while Joey enjoyed his pool and then spent a little time at the park and ended the day going out for dinner with DH. Good day over all. 
Today I intend to spend time by the pool again...coz I can
but I will NOT go out until the w/o is DONE! I also have a lot of housework to do coz I pretty much blew it off all w/e since I knew I had the extra day to catch up. 
Today's work out will include everything...upper body (1rm's), lower body (orig tonique lunge segment), cardio (thinking of power circuits from BM2 cause that's what I was going to do y'day), plus either upper or oblique ab work. I may omit inner thigh lifts today as they are really tight. We'll see how they feel after the rest of the work out is done.
