Hey..

Buster is about the same..not sure wth is going on..we may get referred to AU...?

I have had migraine.n messed up tummy..stress..my body rebells physically when i worry..

I did manage bob total body transfornation..n wow.it kicks ass...tmrw is sts tb..i was picture perfect day today..if head was right i should have gone for a run...sun n 70 degrees...goegeous..i did get out by pool for an hour..it was much needed relaxation

Wendy n di....u could used the rotation as a guide n choose a similar dvd...that is what i have been doing...and it is shocking the crap out of my body...

Ok..keep my baby dog n your prayers..idk...was hoping he wld b better by now...sigh..

Today's work out::

Squeeze:Lower Body Challenge
BBL: Bum Bum
Abs: 2 sets/20 reps of 3 exercises
STS Exteneded Stretch x 2 (I was finishing up when DH got home from the gym and wanted to stretch so I did it with him hence doing it 2x. Felt awesome the 2nd time around! :D)
 
Hi Girls,

Would you believe I have been to busy to check in?;) Probably not that hard to believe....Im not even sure which day I checked in last!

Workouts have been pretty good. Thurs was 35 min run, Fri was 60 min run and UB tri sets, yesterday was 30 min run and some moves from LBB before baby woke:confused:and today I did 35 mins cardio and MM. Its always so late before I am ready to go about my day...esp today with the time change. After I feed the baby I am running out to get groceries.

I will bbl to catch up on personals!

Hi Ladies,

No workout to report for yesterday. It was DS2's 22nd birthday and I took him to kohls with me. He got a ton of stuff, 6 pr jeans, 3 shirts, socks, 3 new pillows etc. I bought myself a couple shirts, running shoes, purse, belt etc.

This time change has really put a crimp in my to do list for today. It doesn't help that I didn't get up and around until 9:30 then spent over an hour reading the paper/news/computer time...UGH.

I did get in BodyMax original including the weight segment. I'm going to back to tracking on WW tomorrow. As much as I hate being tied to counting points, it does seem to work for me. I have an early morning meeting and I'm trying to find a short 30 min w/o for tomorrow morning. Maybe Jillians 6 wk/6pk or my Jackie Warner Ab circuit.

Lori-glad you are able to get in your w/o's with the 5 yr old and baby in the house! You should be so proud... I charged my garmin and went running on Friday. Only managed 3 slow miles but it was great to run!

Wendy-Nice w/o this morning. We never seem to stretch as much as we should...good job going through it again with DH.

Laura-so it looks like we all managed to get in our weekend w/o's! Well maybe the specialist can help Buster, praying for some good news.

Off to shower and head to the grocery store!
 
Good Morning Ladies!

I'm up early enough to get in a full workout! Yay. I picked up Bob Harpers Total Body Transformation yesterday and previewed it last night. It looks like a great workout.

My weight is off the charts UGH:mad::mad::mad: I'm up 10#'s from my pre-surgery weight. When I started w/o post surgery I was only up 5#'s. I need to get my eating, water intake, and exercise on the same page. I'm starting back to tracking on WW today, purchased healthy food yesterday, preplanned my weekly menu (breakfast/lunch)...so I feel I'm off to a good start.

I'm considering running at lunch but feel that may be overkill. We'll see how the day plays out.

Laura-what weights do you use for BH's TBT? I could easily see where I would start out heavier and have to drop down in weights quickly.

Good Morning.

Well I had a w/o planned for this morning but didn't get my lazy buns outta bed in time so nothing for me after all. :eek: It's ok though coz if you remember I worked out on Friday when I wasn't supposed to so I guess today offsets that! ;)

I am sore from my weekend work outs. Back still hurtin from Saturday and now legs are feelin' it from y'day. Life is good. :D

Tmrw's work out will either be an Afterburn premix, a ZWOW or a BR + as much stretching or yoga as time permits. :)

Lori:: Nice work outs! Keep it up! ;)

Diana:: Sorry about the scale. So frustrating! Seems like if we "take our eyes off the ball" for just a little while the weight will sneak up! Not fair! :mad: Don't get discouraged though! You will lose it again! :)

Hey -

Well Buster is being referred to AU - will be HIGH $$$$$ - but if they can help I dont mind! he is not better - and now he is thinking we have 2 seperate problems - cystitis and heart problem :( I am sick - I started crying after talking to my vet and cant stop now :mad::mad: :(:(:(that in itself pisses me off! I have lost 3 pounds - told ya'll stress KILLS me! Say a prayer that they can help my baby!!

we are less than a month away from our Bahama vaca and I cant even be happy b/c I am so worried about my furbaby - then the what ifs that come along w/that!! :(

My back is sore from Bob - I am not sure what today will bring - if anything - i was up most of the night - and tonight will prby be no different!

Di - the weights I use on that DVD is 10# for heavy and 5# for light - yes it is one that you could start heavier and go lighter - it is HIGH repetitive REPS and those light weights get heavier and heavier! It is a fun workout - let me know how you like it!

Wendy - I love this time - but there is a few day adjustment period for sure!! I felt like ystdy flew by - and of course I didnt want to go to sleep at bed time last night!

Lori - hope the baby lets you workout - precious pic on FB of him and his brother! So sweet!!!

Good Morning Ladies,

I slept like a rock last night. I'm not sure how that little one hour time change can have such an effect on me. I came home a tad early last night and actually took a cat nap before bootcamp class.

Today I will be giving BH Total Body Transformation a try. I previewed the 15 min bonus w/o and about 20 mins of the 60 min workout. My lunch w/o will either be an outdoor run (3 miles or so), or legs at the rec ctr.

So I'm feeling better about my weight, down 3lbs today. I think my weight was elevated from having 2 pieces of thick crust pizza, adult beverages, and brownies for Zach's bday. Although I have a ways to go, I'm back under that threshold I never want to cross again.

Wendy-You'll be happy to hear about this study-those who drink wine, preferably red, have a smaller waist than those who don't drink wine or even those that don't drink alcohol. I thought of you when I heard this!:p

Laura-how's Buster doing? How are you doing?

Lori-How are things going in your busy household?

Good Morning.

Today's work out was Squeeze upper body and waist work (30 min), JM Fast Fix KB #3 (Core focus) and 20 mins of Yoga Relax. :)

Diana:: Nice study! That makes me happy! TY for sharing! ;) Yay for the 3# drop! Bloat/water retention from eating bad food can play a nasty game with one's head. I deal with it every weekend as I loosen the reigns and allow myself things I don't eat during the week so every Monday the scale is up from it. This week even still today I am up a solid 2# from the weekend's cheats! Naps are good! I take a nap almost every saturday and sunday in the afternoon! :)

Morning!

Buster is a bit better - we got a referral to AU - for 10 tmrw - DH is able to go with me THANK GOD! He is a little less swollen - and urination is better - but still not eating! He has moments where he seems normal - then he seems bad! IDK! Maybe the AU referral will give us some answers and some solutions! Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers - keep them coming! ME .. HA .. i am stressed out - and worried - and on top of everything else - my friend w/"c" has to go for more tests - she is really worried as are all of us - there has been so many that have died here lately - just so much sadness!!!

I didnt workout - I went home and took my babies for a short ride - sat outside with them - drank some CABS - watched the Voice - and went to bed - I only woke up 2 times with Buster - that is a record!!! I got some much needed rest!! I had cried all day and my dang contacts were screwed - made my head hurt - but luckily it didnt turn into migraine!

Di - congrats on the 3# loss - and LOVE the info in the study!! :D

Wendy - great workout this morning! I never take naps - I have a hard time sleeping and no way I could nap - not unless I have a fever!!! :p

If my baby is doing ok - SIL and I are gonna meet and do a much needed workout - we are due to do STS TB - I may change that up tho .. I need cardio too!!!

Good Morning & Happy Hump Day!;)

Happy to report core and upper body DOMS from y'day's work out! :D

This morning's work out was BBL High & Tight ankle weight work + JM FF KM #2 (lower body focus) + 150 bicycle crunches. Ran out of time for a long stretch but it was still a good work out. :)

I didn't fall asleep until midnight last night and got up at 5:15 so I am tired. Gonna be a long day. :(

Laura:: Healing vibes goin' out Buster! Hope you and SIL got your work out in! Sittin' outside in the nice weather enjoying cabs sounds like a lot more fun then exercising if you ask me! :p

Hi Ladies,

Late check in for me....I guess several others too! I did Core Cardio Circuit and Disc 5 Back and Triceps today. Tonight is the last ViPR class. I've decided not to sign up for the next 4 week session. It's only 1 night per week and costs $55. Pretty pricey for me! I'm opting instead for the tri-training, 2 nights per week for 1.5 hours each session.

I have lunch plans tomorrow so I won't be able to run, darn it. I'm planning on doing legs, probably a recent BR lower body w/o. I printed it out yesterday or the day before, should be a good w/o!

Wendy-nice way to change up the rotation!

Laura-any news on Buster? Hope the Auburn vet had some good news for you.

Lori-so did you get to run outside today? Our temps are in the low 70's this week. I'm trying to run at least 2 days per week and will increase my distance once I get more comfortable with my 3 mile route.

It's back to the office today. I have a lunch meeting today I won't be able to run, booh. Tonight is bootcamp class. It's leg day and I've decided to give this BR w/o a go:

I also read on the BR site that Freddy and Lisa are officially a couple.

My weight is not moving...very frustrating. The 3lbs is gone, but nothing more and I've been working my tail off! I'm sure it will take a few days to register on the scale.

Wendy-ViPR is a specialized class and they only have 8 of them. They will only be doing small group training. Once they have more viprs they can have larger classes and reduce the cost.

Laura-any update on Buster? Hoping you received good news!

Diana:: I just checked out the BR. The bonus lower body looks like all body weight moves. I can't view the video here at work though so can you let me know if I am correct on that? If I am then that could fit into my rotation nicely as atleast part of my lower body work out and then I could still do yet ANOTHER BR or ZWOW in the same week for a cardio work out!!! ;) Will you be doing the entire work with all of bonus moves too? Looks tough! That makes sense regarding the Vipr class. Wait it out and take it again when the price reduces! Oh and btw, made this for dinner last night with Broccolli Rabbe. After knowing about the site for a while I finally gave one of the work outs a try instead of doing a Body Rock or Zwow and my oh my :p;) I sure am glad that I did! :eek:

Hi Ladies,

Thinking of resting this morning and perhaps running at lunch. Feeling my back w/o from earlier this week! This cold is lingering and most of my family has it. My throat is super sore, my ear is hurting and this dry hacking cough won't see to go away.

The temp is supposed to be 77, can you believe that! It's been in the low 70's all week but next week we drop back into the 50's. I'm sure we'll have more snow though.

We did harness runs on the track last night, stair running, burpees, pushups etc. Love this class!

Wendy-Yep, the bonus leg w/o is all bodyweight work. I didn't do the UB cool down section. It was weighted UB work. Your link wouldn't open for me, but I think I can find the recipe. I love tilapia and since its such a light flavor, the kids will eat it too.

Diana:: If you have a pop-up blocker activated on your pc then that may be why the link for the recipe wouldn't work. You should be prompted to temporarily deactivate it though when you click on the link. Did you check out the work out yet? ;) Sorry you aren't feeling up to snuff. Maybe you can get some extra rest and kick it to the curb this weekend! Nice warm temps for you! We will get them next week! This week it's chilly and rainy. :( Should start improving tmrw though!
