Well I've gotten a bit busy at work, come back and 10 posts !
Walked 20 min at lunch - am at about 5K steps so will need to kick a little bootie later tonight ! Will def report my findings with NMTZ sans legs as I will do my freestyle. Leggies are quite sore in the inner thighs and lower behind area - ALL GOOD here !

The stairs are making the back end speak to me as I climb. . .
Lori - Okie dokie, I get it now. Was not quite awake I guess to try to figure out what you meant. I have to agree that all your running has got to help on the body maintenance you have going on there. Hoping it helps me too !

Sorry things aren't going really well for you there but I commend you for sticking it out and coming here to vent. Hope it helped as you can see we all understand. It is one thing I don't have to deal with since my parents are both gone, but I remember hearing from my bro how Dad and my Step Mom had things to say about both of us. Oh well, we are both self supporting with very decent families. You are too and therefore I like the idea from Jen about reminding here that she did a great job and you are thankful for the great guidance she gave you growing up. Tell her you turned out very successful and she can take lots of credit for it.

I have a "bad" ankle from my 20's - torn ligaments and was casted for a month and a half. It bothers me here and there but usually not for long. Seems to be feeling OK now -didn't hurt during my walk. I think the rough terrain on y'day's run may have just stressed it a bit.
Jen - well very nice run this AM young lady ! I am enjoying the slight DOMS as I haven't felt them for a while. I will be doing SS on Friday - did PP on Monday. We'll see if I get sore like you did. Will report on NMTZ for you. I haven't done either of Jillian's weight workouts yet. Also, got your back on the work again today - this post is my only "play time" today !

LOL about the GWF and workouts ! Isn't Wendy just too funny?

Either that or she's planning some good eats and drinks . . .

Laura - SURE, rub it in that you have a 4 day weekend right after a 3 day weekend, yep, go ahead . . . Good for you since you stuck it out with all PIA's absence and trouble making. Which reminds me, is working going better or is there still "something weird" going on? Hope the weather works out for you tomorrow - sounds like you'll have fun no matter. ITA that some of the steps are not counted during step type workouts. And remember that 10K is just a guide - how hard you workout is more important. Walking at least gets a few extra cals burned but plyos def beats that hands down.
Diana - sounds like you did great getting some food in there today. I had multi grain hot cereal (similar to oatmeal) and wasn't even hungry until 12 or so. Skipped my 'snack' but will try to add it in a little later I guess. You are probably hungry from your workouts yesterday. Burned a little more glycogen that you had stores for?

LOL about the ear piercing story ! I swear my FIL is much more approving of what my kids do than he would be if his own children did something a little "off base". My DD used to make him crack up. Now my DH - not approving at all. My DS1 has pierced ears and is gaining tatoos like they are going out of style . . . Oh well, I just remember what Lori's mom should - I gave them a good upbringing and it is time for them to make their own decisions. I'm here whenever they want my input but that's it ! They live with their own choices. You have a great time with all the "kids".
Wendy - LOL about changing your workouts ! On the TJ gloves, are there different sizes? Could I be using them the wrong way? I've tried different ways but they seem just to restrictive to my movements?
