Good morning ladies !
Last night I did the first 7 intervals of IMax 2. Sharks were on TV, needed to review my ballot to vote, go vote and so w/o was from 7:45 - 8:30. Figured that was late enough to be working out - still had to eat dinner after that. Tonight will be PS legs & abs. Boy oh boy do I have DOMS in the bis/tris from 4DS the other night ! Legs were a bit DOMy too - can really tell I haven't done much of anything for a while !
Wendy - Good deal about the scale and loose pants ! Way to go - nice when a rotation works well. We are startng to cool down here at night, gonna have a mild "heat wave" in the 70's for this week at least. I'm not ready for cold yet ! Takes me a while to get used to putting clothes on !
Diana - Woo hoo on one of your fav classes starting again. Do take care though . . . sounds like you need to be careful and not push too hard. I know it is hard . . . but we just don't heal as quickly as we used to - fact of life.
Let's not go there with bf% ! My Ormron doesn't change more than a % or so no matter what my weight or fitness level. The calipers don't work well for me since I don't have any fat over my hip bone - it totally underestimates - there is so much 'extra' in the legs and back end that doesn't get measured !
Heck ! My computer at work is even names "pear" ! No kidding !
Meso 2 is my fav also . . . might be fun to do that one again as a stand alone. Hmmmmmmmm . . . I still have 2 more weeks of this rotation to go - not sure how far I'll go - I really like your idea !
Laura - Way to go taking your frustration out on the weights. Same for me - my w/o's are the stress reliever and I can grunt for a good reason!
Hope today goes by fast for you at work - doesn't it seem like the first of the month comes every week lately??? Good to hear the shoulder is doing better - just doing light deadlifts the other day tweaked my back out again. I know better but . . . somehow feel if I strengthen the area I'll be better off. Guess I need to find a different way - even coughing hurts as I tighten my abs !
