Diana:: So what did you think of the month 2 work out you previewed? My mouth was hanging a-gape when I watched one. I am soooo scared!!!! LOL

Lori:: Listen here missy! I drank 2 beers last night and lost 2 pounds! I am back down to my new low so :p:p:p on you, chicky-poo! :D Have fun planning your vacation! Hope it all comes together for you nicely!

Jen:: So what were your ending #'s for the day and was that with or without the alcoholic beverages? ;):D My #s were good. With the bevs, my cals were a bit high but obviously nothing terrible as evidenced by a happy scale this morning! :) OMG girl. You really DO have it BAD for Shaun T! :D

Laura:: Don't skip the recovery week! You need it! I hope you opted for the Recovery disc y'day instead of a Month 2 work out. Isn't it funny how we are all great voices of reason when it comes to giving one another advice but when it comes to making decisions for ourselves, we NEVER wanna listen to that same advice? LOL :p

Where's Jacque been? Hope all is well with her!!!:)

So today's work out will be another f/b KCM weight work out. I'll decide which one at the last minute. As I told Lori, my weight is all the way back down despite splurging on 2 lite beers last night. I'm a happy girl! :D

Good Morning Gals!

We weren't up so early today:) Thank goodness! I couldn't handle another early morning! I put DS to bed last night and I had a little cat nap to. Of course, that was enough to keep me awake until 11'ish...when really I should have been in bed by 10'ish:confused: I had a good 8 solid hours though...so I can't complain!

Im not 100% what todays workout will be. It will be some sort of UB work and either a run outside or a run on the TM, probably hills today.

Well....DS seemed to be in a wonderful mood when he got up, until I put him on the toilt! Boy, was he ever mad!!! There was no way he was peeing and that was that. His pamper was bone dry so I knew it was only a matter of time before he needed to pee. Then he wanted juice and I wouldn't give him any until he peed! LOL Finally, DH got up and he did his pee for him. He was ticked at me though! He is o.k again now, sitting here, "reading" his book:rolleyes:

Wendy** I should weigh today I suppose...its been a while. I don't think anything as changed. Pretty sure it hasn't. I had a little glass of wine/7up before I hit the sack...but didn't drink it all. I wasn't in the mood. Have a good day at work!

Diana** Atleast crazy days fly by! Yeah, we are all trying to wrap our heads around a trip. When we have to take peoples schedules into considersation, we kinda have to plan this early. Plus we have to get kids sorted out as well. My mom already said she would take care of the kids. 1/2 of that problem is my mom works every 2nd week and the flg doesn't leave until Wed, so really she will only be here for 1/2 of the week. Im hoping DH's fam will take care of the other 1/2 but his parents still work FT and Im not sure how much of a inconvience it will be to them. Im sure it won't be a big deal if DS has to go to the sitters for 2-3 days while we are gone.

Today is our 8th anniversary:) Not sure if there are any plans, maybe he will surprised me with something!!

Did CC&B this morning and I liked it. It wasn't killer, but I still sweat. Perfect for a recovery workout.

Not bad...a little high on the carbs due to the Mike's. My macros were pretty good until then. Oh yeah, do I have it bad for Shaun. At one point in the workout this morning he says "Imagine my hands on your waist like this..." and I said "Way ahead of you, Shaun" :rolleyes: He's hawt.

Lori: Happy anniversary! You and DH should definitely do something fun for yourselves.

Diana: Way ahead of you on the Hip Hop Abs ;):D

I'm heading down for CC&B after I finish my coffee. If there's time, then I'll finish up the triceps and abs I missed yesterday. I think tomorrow I might one of my Amy Bento full body workouts.

Wendy-I can't remember which month 2 w/o I previewed, but I did see they are about an hour. Nice job on the weight loss!! I don't know how you girls do it....whatever it is...keep it up.

Lori-Happy Anniversary!! You remarks about DS cracked me up! Hope the weather cooperates so you can run outside!

Jen-I **heart** Shaun too and finally broke down and purchased Hip Hop abs. Have you done it...is it as fun as it looks??? Shaun sure is nice to look at!!;)

Morning Ladies ..

I am still in another office ... so far it is SLLOOOOOOWWWWW .. I cant stand that .. if I were at MY desk it would be a welcome change and could get my work caught up .. but I dont have any of my work here .. :( ... OH WELL .. was hoping I would be back at my job but alas .. not gonna happen .. soooooooooooo

anywho .. I DID do the Max Interval Plyo (ducking from the wrath of Wendy) ... :eek:... I still say like the other one it is hard .. but I still think disc 1 is the hardest .. this one had a LOT of upperbody ODD tri and chest pushups in it (built for a man to do ).... some moves unless you are VERY strong a woman cant really do w/proper form .. so of course I did my own thing during those .. but the drills were easier .. and the plyo work a bit tough but doable (a lot of moves I do in my class so could be one reason I found it a bit easier.. not that I would call ANY of Insanity EASY .. geesh)

Wendy .. I know I am good at giving advice but sometimes dont follow my own advice .. but now that my curiosity is settled I am gonna take the rest of the week easier (well except my own plyo class) ..

Lori .. your stories on DS crack me up .. bet he is a little spitfire!!! LOL (wonder where he gets that from ;)) the race is coming up .. WOW ..you will rock it I am sure!!!

Di .. ystdy was heck here today .. crazy busy .. but think today the clock is going to be moving in SLOOOOOOOWWWWWW motion :mad: think I am gonna do the CC&B WED ... I have not previewed it yet .. brought it today to take a peak ;)

Jen .. I have to say I "heart" Sean too .. he is amazing.. and how light on his feet he is .. I mean he is muscular and a big man .. yet he moves effortlessly and looks like he is landing on a fluffy cloud .. amazing to watch .. (for several reasons ;))

Ok .. so I am stuck today .. SIL at the DR. .. and not sure if she is going back to work ... so I will have to balance and haul arse back to town and try to teach tonight .. think I am gonna teach my 6 step shaping class .. I am missing my weight work .. and we have not done that in a while .. so that will hit every muscle :) ok .. will BBL to see what you insane girlies are up to!!! :D
 
Diana: I don't have Hip Hop Abs...yet. However, I have put that in the back of my brain for when I'm looking for more Shaun. Did you order it? If so, I'll be waiting with bated breath until you report.

Laura: Oh, you just brought back beautiful visions of my Shaun for me :p I agree, he's quite the butterfly on his feet (a la Muhammad Ali ;)). I laugh, though, every time he's doing the balancing move in CR where he tells you to pull your knee to your chest as far as it can go. He says "This is as far as I can go because I have big thighs..." Cracks me up, because he sounds like a typical male explaining away anything they can't do well :rolleyes: Well, you're easing some of my fears over M2.

Happy Morning Girlies !

Well we are back from our looooonnnnnnggggg weekend - were gone from Fri AM until last night. No workouts to report but the scale is just where it was when I left so that is great. :p

I am sooooo far behind - think I only did one workout last week so guessing that will be my recovery week without even doing the recovery discs. They sounded like fun so may sub them in somewhere.

Up late this AM - was tired (still am) so I'm off to head to work and will try to catch up a bit at lunch today.

Hi Gals!

Just got back from a run alittle while ago. I managed to keep a good pace despite the 4 hills I had to climb and one was VERY long. I did 14 kms in 1:07:36:)

The scale was kind to me this a.m, 121.9. It tetters between that # and 125 lbs. Depending on what day I decide to weigh.

So we are going out to eat tonight but I told DH not to get me anything. A card is good enough, thats all I need. Plus the race is coming up, gas,hotel, shopping...there really is no need to go and buy me something for the sake of buying it.

Jacque** Its always nice when you can take a little break and the scale stays put:) When i was in FL I think I only gained 2 lbs or something.

Diana** Did you get your tricep work done?

Laura** You have no idea what I am dealing with! He is screaming right now actually b/c the dog won't stay on the couch with him. Can you really blame the dog? I wouldn't saty up there with him either:eek: Hope work isn't to slow today.

Jen** Do you like Mikes light? I like the Barcadi coolers, pineapple and orange are my fav but I try not to drink them b/c of the cals.

O.k...DS is driving me batty b/c of the dog!~

Hey Girls!

I did KCM's 30 minutes to fitness muscle definition work out #1 today. EEGADS it was tough! I wanted to do abs again as well but ran out of time. Hoping to get to Centergy class tmrw night though so I will be doing them there.

No time for personals right now but hopefully later!

Hey ladies,

It's another crazy busy day in the office.

I did CR&B this morning. I did sweat but it wasn't my favorite workout by any means. I'm doing weights again tomorrow and may even have time for cardio. I think I'll alternate cardio and weights this week. I miss my Cathe workouts and it will be nice to throw in a few this week.

We may be going to my parents condo this weekend..through Tuesday. I could easily take my Insanity workouts so I don't get behind. Kickboxing would work too since I won't have any equipment with me.

Laura-are the guys still coming to class or have you officially scared them away??? I bet they have a whole new respect for their SO's who w/o. Most guys think us girls do wimpy w/o's, but they have no idea!!!

Jen-Oh yes, hopefully my hip hop abs is enroute to me now. I ordered from ebay...these w/o's look so fun I can't wait to give them a try.

Jacque-you can simply finish up what discs you missed or just move right into the recovery week with all of us. Did you see, Wendy is even giving herself an extra week to recover from her illness...so she will be ready to start month 2 with the rest of us!!:D

Lori-no tricep work for me today. I'll be doing another full body workout tomorrow and will be sure to work them good. Nice job on all those hills, I hate hills. I think you will be thoroughly ready for this race.
