Hey Girlies!

Just gettin' us started since Miss Lori isn't around this morning. :p

Well, I am on to the 3 work outs that I missed last month that I have decided to make up. They are Max Recovery, Max Interval and Max Interval Plyo in that order but I may move Max Recovery to the end of the week. Not sure yet. I can't believe the rotation will be complete in just THREE days! I was sooo worried I would not be able to get through this and look at me now! :D:D:D

I think I have a personal or two to catch up on. I read the thread last night but can't remember squat now so I'll be back in a bit with that! :p

Jacque:: Good job with 4DS k/b and leg work. I love that k/b work out. The leg w/o is good too but I prefer endurance for legs simply because my legs get too big with heavy lifting. :confused: Hope you enjoy the hockey game tonight and I'll keep my fingers crossed that you manage to squeeze in a work out as well! :D

Laura:: You have to call BB main customer service line and tell them that you have the basic insanity pkg but want to order the deluxe dvd only. It's not sold separately on the website for some reason. It can only be ordered by phone. Thanks for the good luck vibes girl! I sure could use some after my last losing streak! :(
 
Anyone out there??? Hello? Anyone??? :confused:

My work out is done. I didn't feel like doing any of the options by the book today so I may up my own option! :p I took MR's lead (which is what was scheduled for today) but mixed it up. Here's what I did-it was all about core/abs today! All in all I think this took about 50 mins with all of the dvd switches I had to make....Good work out!!!!

Cardio Abs: Warm up & Cardio Portion
Cardio Recovery: Plank work/Oblique Work
Cardio Abs: Warm up & Cardio Portion
Max Recovery: Work out # 2
Cardio Abs: Warm up & Cardio Portion
Max Recovery: Work out # 4 + Stretch

I was dripping with sweat and freakin' EXHAUSTED by the time I was done!!! LOVED IT! :D
 
Ok girls! What gives!? LOL

I'll bet you all have the day off for Veteran's day right? So you are all sleeping in, being lazy, working out and yucking it up while I have to leave in 5 minutes to go to work. It's the ONLY state holiday that the office I work for does NOT get off for! :rolleyes:

Oh well! Gotta run. Hopefully SOMEONE will have popped in by the time I get back here tonight!

I slept in until 9:30, and because it was such a goooood, looooong sleep, I could barely verbalize two sentences put together, let alone type! So I sipped on coffee for an hour while playing Bejeweled, then I managed to get the house picked up a bit and followed that up with MIP. And NOW I am back among the living ;) That so sucks that you have to work today. But your workout sounds great!

I'm also happy to say that I only have two more workouts to complete my rotation. I was supposed to do MR today but I held off on that and kept it for tomorrow so that I could do MIP on my day of liesure. So MR is set for tomorrow and MCC on Friday, and then stick a fork in my 'cuz I'm done!

Today I'm going to start thinking up a plan for the next month.

hello ladies ..

I am off .. I got up took my big baby to the vet .. got that knot drained .. then came home went over to SIL where we knocked out MIC and STS no equiptment abs .. I was a pile of wet sweaty mess ... left her house ..came home and i have NO POWER:mad::mad::mad: OMG.. that ticks me off .. I dont have electricity OR water .. and I am nasty .. cant clean house .. cant get a bath .. cant watch tv .. ugh .... ticks me off .. the wind is howling prbly 30+ mph or better so I feel sure there is a tree down on the line somewhere .. but STILL COME ON ON MY OFF DAY >>>

Wendy ... WTG on finishing the rotation .. almost .. I dont think I have ever completed one EXCEPT for STS .. I almost made it thru P90X .. but did my own mix of it .. so didnt really follow anyones rotation ..

Jen .. WTG on the sleep .. I could have slept but had to get my big baby to the vet .. just as well .. b/c at least we were able to get our workout in before the power went out ..

hello to all that follow ... me at home .. no power .. w/ only thing to do surf net .. is NOT good .. that means POWER SHOPPING ... hold me back please:eek: i just did a number on my Macy card .. ystdy .. they had some AWESOME sales .. got a pair of $120 Lucky jeans for $60 .. :eek::D .. please some work pants and an awesome Guess purse .. I dont need to be leftt alone to shop anymore .. LOL ... OK have a great day everyone .. I will prbly be back to see what everyone is up to ..
 
Hi Girls!

No Wendy...you didn't have to worry about me popping in on you today. We slept in as well. Didn't get up until 9:15 which was nice. I had to go back to work last night and I didn't get home until 1'ish. I was so excited that my flight was leaving early and when I looked the pilot was going around with his flash light:confused: Not usually a good sign at all but whatever it was, he fixed it! I loved him!:eek:

I forgot to report yesterdays workout. It was CC#7, 6.5 miles and abs. Todays workout was a nice run outside for 12 kms. It was the nicest run I have had outside in a long time. It felt like I wasn't working that hard but when I looked at my Garmin my speed was the same as every other time I thought I was sprinting! The last few times I have ran outside I have felt tired and like I was running to fast, I would try to slow it down...but that didn't work. Maybe I was just tired from all of the training I did a few weeks back? Who knows?

Wendy** Good job with your workout! Are you behaving yourself with the drinky poos???;) I could use a drink right now but its to much work to mix one up!

Jen** Let us know what plan you come up with for next month. I am just winging it right now. Doing whatever, whenever.

Laura** Woo Hoo on the sales! Gotta love some new duds!

I will be here tomorrow morning! No worries there! It won't be to early unless DS wakes me up b/c I don't have to work tomorrow.

Hi Ladies,

Although I went to bed early last night, I slept like crap and was awake from 1:45 am until after 4am. Of course just when you are back in that deep sleep the stinkin alarm goes off. The only reason my alarm was set was because everyone else in the family was today....but not me!

Tomorrow morning I plan on doing HST to get in some cardio and hit all the muscles one more time. I'm also taking DS1's ex girlfriend to lunch. She is such a great gal.

I have to miss my bootcamp class tomorrow night to attend a meeting at the HS with Jerod. Can't believe my baby will be a freshman next year!

Wendy-I have the deluxe set and haven't tried them all yet. The sports conditioning one sounds good. Your mish mosh today sounds awesome! Great job on that...I'm copying to try sometime.

Jen-wow, for someone who gets up at 4am to w/o, sleeping in 'til 9:30 seems like a really long time. MIP is my favorite w/o of M2. Let me know what you come up with to do next. I'm not really following a rotation, but am focusing on the GS weight w/o's along with Cathe/Insanity cardio.

Laura-I saw the weather has been terrible where you are. I wouldn't like not being able to shower either...especially after a session with Sean T. No worries about the shopping spree...they are far and few between.

Jacque-woo hoo, I just scored club level tix for Sat's game against the Sharks! My first Avs game this year. What have you been up to lately?

Lori-What are you doing today missy?
