Hey Girlies!
Just gettin' us started since Miss Lori isn't around this morning.
Well, I am on to the 3 work outs that I missed last month that I have decided to make up. They are Max Recovery, Max Interval and Max Interval Plyo in that order but I may move Max Recovery to the end of the week. Not sure yet. I can't believe the rotation will be complete in just THREE days! I was sooo worried I would not be able to get through this and look at me now!
I think I have a personal or two to catch up on. I read the thread last night but can't remember squat now so I'll be back in a bit with that!
