Hi everyone,

Busy day today, getting alot done with the aid of serious caffeine!

This morning was cardio - I did Jillians BFBM on the rebounder.

I think I am doing the June 2010 generic version rotation...
 
Hi Conni and all to follow,

I did 2 exercises for chest and shoulders and 1 for back off of Slow and Heavy today for my weight workout.

It is raining again.. can't seem to get rid of the rain.:(

Hi Everyone,

This morning I rose extra early and did STS Strength - biceps, triceps and shoulders + 4DS kickboxing. It was a good workout.
