DAILY WORKOUT Friday December 10

Hey ladies! great workout today! I am soooo glad it's friday! i have been cleaning my house since 8:30 and i am always very happy and glad when it is spotless. it puts me in a very good mood!

Sandra--Very tricky!!! i am still doing SB today because i have been looking forward to it all week and besides, i am going to do imax2 on sunday because i already rested;(
i will join you next week for the ones i have. and modify for the ones i don't. your dream is ominous! glad you figured it out though. dreams make me crazy sometimes. there is alot of food-related dreaming going on around here! and recipes! it's a consipracy
i am sure of it. last night i dreamt of ordering from the "bundles" page on cathe's dvd page. i could see the page very clearly and my mouse arrow selecting things. i am losing my mind. maybe there are subliminal messages in these workouts and the more you watch them, the more opportunity there is to convince you to buy more or your life will be imcomplete. just a theory......


Mariangles i am jealous that you are resting today. You must be fanatical about working out if you have to force yourself to rest! You are one tough galletta!

sandy, that is great that you get to meet sharon. everyone (especially wanda) has been raving about her. have fun with your workout clothes. you too stayfit. i love terquoise (sp?)

Hi, Everybody:

I am now in Victoria BC enjoying the fact that I do not have to go into work for 3 months. I needed this break so badly. I went to the gym this am and took an advanced step class for an hour and I did a 1/2 hour of abs. It was great!. Its funny because when I return to Chicago and reach for those Cathe tapes its like the workouts are new and exciting again. I even have trouble with some of the chroeography even though I have done them many times. Dh and I are going for a long walk later on, by the ocean.
 
Hi everybody, late workout for me today.

I did PS Biceps and PUB biceps then did abs from PSBB&A. For cardio I did the step only portion of Body Max. I hadn't done that in a while and I almost stopped but I didn't and made it through.

As far as the rotation I am doing these days, I am doing both PUB and PS because alone they don't seem like enough, but believe me when I go back to S&H I will only do it and it alone. The PUB segments and PS segments are shorter so combining them isn't much different than doing one body part segment on S&H. Make sense?!? But by the end I am fried and feeling good about what I have done.:)
