I am rather new to your workouts and exercise in general. I have 2 tapes that i rotate from week to week. I didn't think you were supposed to work a muscle group 2 days in a row, so i will just do the cardio one day, then the whole tape the next. Is this a good practice to get in to for now? I have a significant amount of weight to lose, and I am wanting to get it off in the best (note not fastest) way possible. If you could let me know if I'm on the right track I would appreciate it.
