Today I kick off the March rotation with LIC. LOVE that workout. The music is just incredible and it is so much fun!

I also got in LIS when I did Muscle Max so the February rotation is complete.:)

Good Morning Jane & Phyllis and all who follow!

It's HUMP DAY!!

Today the rotation calls for PLB. I haven't been doing ANY lower body at all (don't want to stress back or knee with squats, lunges, step ups, etc) so I am thinking I might put together something from workouts with floorwork and not use weights. Will do abs too.

Jane, lucky you , doing LIC today. I love that one!!:D

Phyllis, my dd has a terrible cold and now has the cough too. I finally gave her Nyquil (yuk!:eek: ).... just so she could sleep and not sit up all night unable to breathe. I never heard her cough once last night. Just a thought. Hope you feel better soon!!!

Tammy, prayers are continuing for your mom.

We were supposed to get SNOW last night and this morning. I haven't even looked outside yet. I'm afraid of what might be out there!;(

Good Morning Fit Chicks!

Mom was no better, no worse yesterday. I'm emotionally exhausted. I'll be doing SH Legs, CM#1 and then it is back to the hospital. Thank you for your continued prayers and good thoughts. I have dropped 3 pounds during this stressful week.

Jane: I also love LIC...enjoy!

Phyllis: I hope you feel better soon.

Becky: Floorwork sounds like a very good option for you.

Heather: I'm glad you were feeling better. I'm also one of the few that likes SS/PP. MM is also a great total body workout. LOL at your Firm/Stepford Wives parallel....funny but true!

I'll try to check in later, but by the time I get home from the hospital I'm beat and then the phone starts ringing non-stop.

The X calls for Shoulders and Arms/ARX today but I'm considering changing up the order a bit. I am still quite sore in my upper body from chest and back so I am thinking of just doing ARX and my step class tonight. I can do S&A tmrw morning and yoga in the evening. I'll see how I feel as it gets closer to when I'd do my work out this afternoon....:)

Hang in there everybody, the week is half over. Today I did SS Shape it Up, but it has gotten too easy for me, so I really am not that happy with my morning, but life goes on, I guess!

I still don't know what I am doing rotation wise, I wish I could nail something down.

My lowerbody workout was calves & stability work from PLB & floorwork from GS legs & Glutes. (about 45 minutes) }(

I bet after about 6 months away from LB work I'll feel that tomorrow!!
 
Tammy, continuing to lift you and your mom up in my prayers.

I did Cardio Camp today with weighted gloves and I actually did the whole workout not just one of the premixes. Felt good but I am sooo sore from yesterday's weight workout, I can tell that I haven't done weights in almost 3 weeks I think.

Daily Check-in

I was tired this morning, so I went back to sleep for 30 minutes after my quiet time. I wanted to do a Kick Max premix, but my upper body was too sore from Muscle Max. I did not have enough energy to jump around, so I did the IMAX3 step premix. Fun, fun, fun. This is a fantastic 30-minute step workout. I adore the dancy choreography, and the intensity is perfect for a cardio workout even without the blasts. When I do not have time for Rhythmic Step in full and want something longer than the challenge, this is a great choice. Speaking of Rhythmic Step, there is one move in IMAX3 that starts out like a Rhythmic Step move. It is hard for me to not finish it the Rhythmic Step way! I could do that workout in my sleep! IMAX3 is one of my all-time favorite Cathe workouts. It is intense enough to do the shorter premixes, and the workout as produced is a blast. When I get to goal, I will give the blast premix a whirl!

My eating was clean today. I bounced on my rebounder tonight. My meals and snacks are packed for tomorrow, and I am wrapping up my day early enough to enjoy some relaxation time before bedtime again.
