Good Morning all,

Last evening: Cardio Mishmosh (HSTA 8" step cardio segments x2 followed by CTX 10-10-10) freestyle work (leg abductions, squat abductions, leg curls, step-ups, PLB- lunges and calf raises)

Tonight: a circuit workout (don't know which one yet).

Yesterday was Imax3 and today is GS chest & triceps and a segment of coremax.
I'll get a walk in , or ride my stationary bike sometime today too.

Yesterday was IMAX3 and GS BBS, had to catch up the rotation. Today is GS C&T and a CoreMax.

Today for me will be a 5k run and GS: C/T. There are going to be a LOT of push-ups being done in Cathe-Land today!

Can anybody actually do them all ????????

I'm off to exercise now, so you'll probably hear me grunting, groaning and complaining.....ESPECIALLY when it comes to the pushups! I actually talk back to Cathe during those!!!!! :p
 
It sounds like a lot of us are on the October rotation! I did Imax 3 last night and almost died (in a good way, of course! :) ) and this morning was GS CT. My arms are little spaghetti noodles. Tonight is Coremax. Right now it's a shower and WorkMax (my least favorite workout).x(

Hi All who read this today
I have a busy day here and after a quick check in I'm off for the day. The work out will have to be done this aftrnoon between carpooling and orthodontist app'ts. But, it will get done.

Planned: 30" bike cardio, one CTX body part, freestyle legs , abs choice.

Hi Judy,
I see you are doing free stlye legs. How do you like it so far? I have been sticking to it for almost 2 months now and I can see the results.
 
Good morning!

Today I am doing IMAX 3 and shoulders and abs. I was going to run this am but it is so hot and muggy here in Chicago, that I am going to run tomorrow instead.

Good Morning Ya'll!

Yesterday I did Chest and Back just off the smith machine. No video. I did 3 sets of 15 with 40# rowing. Lat pulldowns I did 70# 2 sets of 15 then dropped down to 60# going 20x's, then 50# going 30x's and then 40# going 35x's. I want to really bring my lats out and this should do it! I did the pec flys from machine at 10#, did 3 sets of 15. Did over head on bench with 25# db 3 sets of 15. Did bench with 55#, 8 times, 6 times and then 3.

Today I will do 800 crunches and 200 sit ups and some aerobic dance moves. I will also do 400 walking lunges with 15 db's and squats.

Today was GS CT. I can do all the push ups but only on my knees, does that count ;-) ?
I used a barbell for chest today instead of dumbells to make sure my form is good and I think it really help. I also dropped my weights to really ensure my form is correct.

I hope that everybody has a good rest day or workout

It counts!!!! Good for you!
I was able to do the first two sets on my toes today!:)
Did the rest on my knees, but I have to admit to skipping the 4/4 count ones at the end. My arms are like noodles now and it hurts to raise them!!:p
I had to lower my weights in all the tricep work because my arms were "shakin' like a chihuahua!!" :eek:
I feel rung out and hung up to dry!!!

Off to do coremax!!!!!
 
Wow Becky the first two sets on your toes, that's is great!!! :)

I don't think that I will be ever able to do pushups on my toes, well if I don't try them I sure won't! ;-)

Hi Becky...I talk back to Cathe too....it isn't always nice though!

Those push-ups are tough...but I did them all and on my toes!

Good Morning Ladies...

After a couple of messed up days of high stress, no exercise and bad eating I am totally in a funk! ACK! x(

I am ditching the October rotation for the July 03 fat loss rotation but I will not start it until Monday. So this week I will just do a random mix of mostly cardio with some weight training until Monday comes back around and then I can start the new rotation and hopefully I will see it through!

Suzanne...I agree running when its muggy isn't much fun. Our weather has gotten much nicer for running. It was about 55 and breezy yesterday for my run.

Kristine...yes of course doing push-ups on your knees counts!!!

I am doing SJ&P today. I did finally order this DVD as I am using the VHS version. Now I have all the BB on DVD as I LOVE the premixes!!

I always suspected that Cathe & crew took breaks inbetween sets because in my mind NOBODY could do them all in a row like that! But I stand corrected! :eek: :eek: WOW!!!

How did you work up to that??? Please spill all your secrets!

I just did coremax #2 and my poor upperbody was shaking during all the roll ins and jackknife crunches. My abs were fine, chest and arms, shaking and on FIRE!!!!

I obviously neglected my u/b on last months rotation and I'm paying for it now!!!
Is there such thing as a chest & triceps rotation?? Because I am in DIRE need!!!:p

Great workouts today Ladies!

I also moaned and groaned my way through GS CT. I don't know how Cathe uses 10 lbs on those tricep extensions. My arms ( and chest ) start quivering like all get out on those things!
Also did Coremax 2. Can we say stupid? Doing those pikes after all that arm work was suicidal!

I might have to make up for my Imax rebellion on Tuesday and put it in tomorrow, just out of guilt!
