Good Morning Fitties!!!

That's a good workout Phyllis!

Is Jane late or am I early today??

Tammy, Congratulations on your niece. Tell us all about her!!!!:7

Today I'm subbing another SS cardio for cardio kicks. Think I'll ride the stationary bike.

Kind of rushing this morning......so Hi to everyone else!

Have a good one!

Good Morning Fit Chicks!

This morning will be BM#2 Cardio Blast Premix and Ab Hit Abs. Our new little niece was 6 lb. 7 oz and she has a full head of dark hair. She is still waiting for her Mom and Dad to give her a name. It was so nice to have a thoroughly happy visit at the hospital. I believe Jane's newest family addition is due soon too.

Phyllis: I bet your LB feels plenty workout out....OUCH!

Becky: Enjoy your workout!

Hi everyone,

Congrats Tammy, your niece sounds too cute!!! Please let us know what her name is!
My aunt used to be a nurse in the maternity ward for 30 years. She said she loved her job because she worked on the "happiest floor" in the hospital.

Today was LIC, and I added the bonus cardio before going to the abs and stretch.

Have a good day.

Hello everybody!

Short on time today... on a short break now and still no time!!
Phyllis - I saw your post... I'll respond when I get off work today.

Rest day here today!

Tammy, congrats on the new niece, little thing and a girl so I am very jealous right now, LOL!!

I did various weight exercise for upper body off of the Pure Strength series plus abs.

Hope you all have a great day!!:7 :)

Congrats on the new baby Tammy!!! Oh yes, my little one is due April 15th, of course DIL says any time now will be okay.. she is getting pretty miserable!

Phyllis - I've rounded up some websites you can check out. Were you planning on coming to the beaches of NC, the mountains? I live in the Piedmont, actually very close to what we call the foothills of NC (between the Piedmont and the mountains). I am just northwest of Charlotte, NC. The Biltmore House in Asheville is very nice. I was there a couple of years ago. I haven't been to the NC beaches, we usually go to Myrtle Beach, SC when we go to the beach.

Let me know if you have any questions. Oh, and let me know if you wound up near me. We'll have to get together!

Daily Check-in

Yesterday was another Monday. My cycle did not start, and I was bloated and extremely tired. I did have a blast with Step Works Monday morning. It is a super fun workout! I love the choreography from the fun warm-up to the funky cool-down. Figures 8s are among my favorite moves. I like the first combination, but I adore the second combination with the power mambos and the full circle turns. Cathe’s creative choreography makes this workout an hour of non-stop fun. I love the fast and fun pace of this workout with little time spent teaching and breaking down the combinations. It is not dancy, but it is full of fun moves. Step Works is definitely in the same league with my beloved Rhythmic Step. It is just as much fun and much more intense. It is definitely another one of my happy workouts that made my PMS blues more bearable. Step Fit is more comparable to the step segments of Cardio and Weights in terms of complexity and intensity. Step Works is my favorite workout on the Cardio Hits DVD, but I still love Step Fit too (and especially the cool-down and soothing stretch).

I bounced on my rebounder last night and watched Dancing With the Stars. I miss Emmitt Smith! Cheryl Burke is still my favorite professional dancer on the show.

I am still waiting for my cycle and starting to wonder if I am going to have one this month. I was feeling a little blue this morning. Thankfully, Supersets is a fun workout with great music. Nothing like a little Cathe love to kick the blues to the curb.

Speaking of Cathe love, she posted the official Cathe Road Trip announcement today. I read it during my lunch hour and jumped for joy! I am so excited! I hope I can get online Friday morning to register. Some of the people I was hoping to meet have already shared that they will not be able to attend this year. I am disappointed, but I am still planning to go. God will provide roommates and all that good stuff. I could have worked my schedule around any date in July or August, but I am so glad Cathe chose an August weekend. That gives me more time to get in shape, and August is my birthday month too!

I bounced on my rebounder for a few minutes tonight. The gentle bouncing comforted me and made me smile. It must be like rocking a baby.

Is it Friday yet? I am tired and ready to call it a day. This has been such a long week. Tomorrow is a new day. Hopefully, I well feel better and get some relief from this PMS bloat and fatigue.

Aunt Tammy, congratulations!!! :)

Blessings,
Heather B.
