Good morning Cathy... The Gaunlet!! one of my favorites!

Yesterday was ME and ME the day after GS Legs, I thought I'd have problems walking this morning, but my legs feel fine, must a little sore in my glutes.

Today is RS and 15 minutes of Ab Hits. I have to get in that 30 minute run also that is scheduled for tomorrow because I have a time problem on Friday that may prevent me from getting in the step w/o scheduled and the run.

I'm on the same rotation as Jane so RS , it is! I love that one......it's a FUN workout, so I am looking forward to it. I'm hoping it will set the tone of the day!:)
oooooohhh, Jane, I hadn't noticed tomorrow calls for step AND a run! Well, I've been riding my bike in the evenings, so I'll just do the run instead.

Anyway, I'm stalling. Time to workout! Have a great Thursday everyone!!

It's a grey, rainy, cool day here in southern Ontario:) Fall must be here.

Last night I did the Tough Abs premix of Coremax and ME.

I will be pressed for time tonight, so I'm not sure what I'll manage to squeeze in. Maybe I'll end up taking a rest day!:eek:

Good Morning Fit Women,

Yesterday was Tri's and Bi's only as I had to mow and that takes all friggin' day! I was not feeling the energy that I usually have throughout the day, but had a great workout nonetheless.

Today will be doing a shoulder workout without video and hitting all angles of shoulders. Chest and Back slow and heavy series and Core Max 1 and 2.

It is suppose to rain here today and we need the rain. I just planted pine trees so I don't want them to die.

Good morning everybody! :)

I did 1 hour of yoga and the Complete Core premix from Coremax. A cold front blew in yesterday and it is cold today :D .

Charlotte-2 Coremax segments in a row...I have to try that!}( My abs still are not what they used to be but they have gotten soooo much stronger since I started working out after Joey was born. I could probably survive it...maybe on my rest day (saturday) I'll attempt it!

Kristine-where do you live that it's already cold? I'm in NJ and it's been GORGEOUS here! Sunny and cool!

Today calls for a circuit w/o, xtra cardio and maybe some ab.

Yesterday was Push Pull, 10-10-10 cardio, Power Circuit Ab work and then later in the day I popped in Coremax and did the stability ball segment.

BTW-My weight is still up BUT I have gained 3 pounds of muscle and lost 1 pound of fat! YIPPEE! I just wish the fat loss was a bit more but hey...I'm heading the right direction regardless of what the scale says, right?:+

Today was ME. I wish Cathe would use those leg raises in another workout. You know, the ones during the Elvis remix music. I really love it!

Hi Wendy,

I am in Texas and we had 105 yesterday and this morning it is 64. Well, I guess you wouldn't say cold, you would say cool, but for us it seems cold, brrrr!!! :)

Still can't do cardio, I tried putting on my shoes today and it made my toe bleed so once again no cardio for me.sigh. I am however losing the weight I had gained over the weekend so that is a good thing.:D

Good morning everyone, Yesterday I did Mix it Up of the Slim Series and 35 minutes in my stationary bike. Today is Tone it Up of the Slim Series and PHH abs.Have a great day everyone.

Morning all! BC for me today. I went up in weights today and it actually didn't seem as difficult as in the past. I think now that I've discovered MIC, BC doesn't seem so bad. MIC is my butt kicker now!:)

Hi again, my workout is almost done. I have just done Tone it up of the Slim Series, the TJ 20 minutes workout and TAEBO bootcamp cardio live. Later I will do 35 minutes in my stationary bike. See you tomorrow.

Today was RS. I haven't done it in a while and I do love it so much. It is so much fun that it doesn't seem hard at all! I was sweating still a great amount, but did not feel so winded as say, IMAX 3 (Duh).
