Charlotte-2 Coremax segments in a row...I have to try that!}( My abs still are not what they used to be but they have gotten soooo much stronger since I started working out after Joey was born. I could probably survive it...maybe on my rest day (saturday) I'll attempt it!
Kristine-where do you live that it's already cold? I'm in NJ and it's been GORGEOUS here! Sunny and cool!
Today calls for a circuit w/o, xtra cardio and maybe some ab.
Yesterday was Push Pull, 10-10-10 cardio, Power Circuit Ab work and then later in the day I popped in Coremax and did the stability ball segment.
BTW-My weight is still up BUT I have gained 3 pounds of muscle and lost 1 pound of fat! YIPPEE! I just wish the fat loss was a bit more but hey...I'm heading the right direction regardless of what the scale says, right?:+
