Checkin in late today/
Was sick to my stomach yesterday, left work early, slept for 11 hours, no workout.
Am going in to work today albeit a little late. If I am up to it, will do yesterday's workout tonight.

Good morning everybody! :)

I did one hour of yoga this morning and I will do a 30 min hill climb on the treadmill after work!

I have DOMS in my Triceps from yesterday's workout (S&H BT) which normally never happens, so it feel good }( ...kinda! ;-)

Cathy - I hope you get to feel better soon!!!!!!

I did GS BSB (premix) woke up late this morning. By the time Thursday rolls around I have a hard time getting up in the morning.

Yesterday was GS C&T, abs from ME, and a 30 minute power walk.

Today - a step routine of our choice on the Oct rotation, I'm thinking step from MIC which is 36 minutes and step from something else but don't know what yet. Was thinking of running but highs are in the upper 80's here today so it'll probably be step.

I switched up rest days.

I took one yesterday instead of today so I have to do Cardio Kicks today...never got around to it yesterday.

Kristine...DOMS does make you feel good...we must be a crazy group!!

Jane...have fun with MIC step, I like the blast part at the end the best!

Elaine...my fav premix on the BSB DVD is Back & Biceps, it seems fun to me..

I am doing a premix from the L&G DVD, a 5 mile run, abs and shoulders, bi's and tris.

Hi good morning everyone. Cathy I hope you will feel better soon.Yesterday I did 1 hour in my stationary bike. Today I will do Mix it Up of the Slim Series, Turbo Jam cardio party nº 2, TJ 20 minutes workout and TJ ab jam. Have a great day everyone.

I did KPC this morning. Woohoo!

Wendy - Yes, Christie's choreography is much more intricate than Cathe's! You are not especially uncoordinated. It takes some time to figure out what the heck she's doing. It doesn't help that she cues differently than Cathe does. I find her much easier to follow now that I am familiar with how she cues her moves. And I agree with Mariangeles: the second segment of Step Heaven is bewildering. Keep working at it!

Carole - I love that blast at the end of MIC, too! It's one of my very favourite Cathe cardio segments.
