Good morning fitness ladies,

Yesterday morning: GymStyle Chest

Last eveing: GymStyle Legs (floor work only) and GymStyle Back.
In between was cleanmax plus I had to go into work for a few hours.

Tonight on schedule is cardio and leg work.

Good morning Cathy and fitness folks....

I'm off today since I worked yesterday and, of course, I woke up at 4:45x( ... If I had to work, I'd drag myself out of the bed at 5 and want to go back so bad... why is this????? Anyway I feel pretty good so shouldn't complain.

Yesterday was rest day. Today is interval day. Not sure which workout I'm going to do yet. Since I'm off and have a little more time, I want to add on a short weight workout working one or two body parts (upper body). I also need a stretch since I neglected that yesterday.

Jane, know what you mean. You're body just gets used to getting up at that time! x(

I am doing Lowmax with my Freestyle leg work in between combos. Then it's Upperbody and abs. Can't wait to see how long this takes.

It's Monday - blech!!!

GS:BSB and cardio are on my rotation today, but I woke up feeling tired. So, I am either go to work through it or go back to bed for an hour.

Today is circuit day plus 30 minutes extra cardio and abs. I am considering Body Max or Boot Camp but if I find my energy level is lower I will opt for something a little easier like C & W...we shall see...

Good Morning Fit Women,

Yesterday was my rest day, but I never seem to rest much! LOL! Went bike riding with my son again in town on a beautiful paved trail. One I will be running on when both my children start school. It is 3 miles altogether.

Today will be Tri's/Bi's, Legs and Shoulders (shoulder work only), SS military press, Lat Pulldowns and Chest and Back.

Good morning everybody!!!

I did the both Gym Style upper body yesterday and today I did Gym Style legs. I feel nicely worked out throughout my whole body.

I thought I do I big workout yesterday and today because tomorrow I'll get my wisdom teeth pulled x( , so no workout for me for a couple of days x( x( x( . They were bothering me quite a bit, so as weird as it sounds I am looking forward to it ;-) .

DH suprise party on Friday was great, he had not a clue :+ and had a wonderful time. On Saturday we went out for dinner and had a great time as well.

I hope that you all have a great workout or rest day and hopefully I'll be working out again soon ;-)

Hey Fitness Friends :)

This weekend I rested from organized workouts and golfed.
Now I am ready for my weekly home blessing (cleanning) and a workout.

My generice plan continues: Freestyle legs, 4-5 cardio sessions, 2 upper body and 4 abs and hopefully a yoga.

Tennis is finished for the summer, therefore my foot will get a break from pounding on the tennis court. Yesssss.

Good morning ladies,

Yesterday was PS(CST)and this left me with some DOMS! I love this workout though. I'm glad I dusted this one off and started using it again!

Supposed to of done PUB abs yesterday, but got distracted, so I will add it one todays workout. Today is L&G floor work with 10 min. abhits.

Got to take kids school shopping, so I will be exhausted this afternoon!!

Good workouts ladies...

I am doing the frst part of KPC and then the punching drills from Kickmax along with the leg conditioning drills and then a few Freestyle exercises. Hope to get in P90X shoulders and arms this afternoon....have a great day...:)...Carole
 
Morning Everyone,

Today is HSTA plus Abs from KPC, repeat ball pikes. We will see about the repeat of the ball pikes. x(

We are having some lovely weather here in Wisconsin. Highs in the 70's. Thinking of spending some time outside tonight when I get home.

Morning:)
This morning is SJP no weights and some leg presses with band. I'm trying to lose some inches on my butt. Anyone have another exercise that might be better for this area?

What about Cathe's glute raises and the good old fashioned pelvic tilts? They can be real butt burners!!! }( }( }(
 
I did PS biceps( dumbbell exercises only) and triceps with both abs from PSSL&A and PSBB&A! :D

Mon: S&H Chest, Imax1, Pilates abs.

I have been busy so I have not been checking in regularly but I am still working out.

My workout is complete. I did KPC Pre mix of punching and kicking combos /high step leg press. followed by 4 sets of 20 of glute raises on stability ball from PLB. abs & str. of KPC.

I did most of my work out...just finished Body Max but I left out the 24 min step segment and just did the circuit, upper body and ab portions.

The cardio portions of the circuit training felt a little like the imax blasts only not as intense! }( I am thinking this would be a great section to repeat back to back one day and maybe sub in upper body work (instead of lower 2x) on the 2nd go-round! I think I will try that on my next circuit day! Gotta write it down tho so I don't forget! lol :p

501 cals burned. :)

Gotta come back later for 30 mins of additional cardio! :)

goooooood afternoon fitness beauties!

I am tagging on late today. Took the weekend off to visit w/ my mom since her bday is tomorrow.

I decided today I had a ton of energy and did BC twice this morning, back to back. It felt great and my muscles are feeling good! I would love to add this in maybe once or twice a month to rev things up a bit.

On to toddler-esque type activities :) Happy Monday everyone!
