I'm taking a rest day. I have a half day of work as I have a drs appt and then my nephew is being confirmed tonight. I'll make up for it this weekend.

Good morning Tammy, Phyllis and all that follow...

We started on our new system at work yesterday..... OMG.... like with anything new... there are lots and lots of glitches to work out. OY!! My brain was FRIED when I got off work yesterday at 4... I could easily have eaten everything in my kitchen, so great was my stress but I elected to do 4DS shoulders/calves/core instead.... savoring the small victories!!

Today is 4DS BC/tri's/bi's.

Hi everyone,

TGIF! I am so tired this week and I can't figure it out. I could just sleep and sleep, but unfortunately I don't have the luxury!

Today was Amy's new Hi/lo Knockout, but I didn't have time for 85 minutes so I did the first premix for 64 minutes. I am not sure it was that long though, as it was supposed to cover combos 1-4, but it jumped from 2 to 4 then to the cooldown. Anyways it was very high impact, I am not sure how fond I am of it yet. The combos were easy to get, but it was nonstop jumping.
The core segment was brief, but the moves were interesting, and the stretch was relaxing.
 
Ok,like I am not already confused with the date, this says we are on Tuesday when I swore this morning that it is Friday,LOL!!

I did another really interesting hodge podge today. Since I soo want definition in my shoulders I did S&H warm up then did 2 exercise off of it for shoulders,( I had done shoulders on Tuesday also) then I did the CTX Leaner Legs warm up, then switched to Kick Max and did 23 min. of the shorter low impact timesaver.. skipping the leg work and going and doing PLB floorwork and then some of my own abwork. How's that for a mixed up workout.

Anyway, it was nice and different and not boring.
