Daily Check in Weekend of September 8th and 9th, 2018

Good Morning Everyone,

I am up early as I have to be in the office for 8:30 am. I am in and out today with clients so not too heavy of a day.

That said, this morning I did another workout blender of STS legs/chest/biceps for 1 hour. I just love lifting heavy but boy does it make me wanna eat!

Today I did a workout blender of STS back/shoulders/a few leg moves + 20 minutes of SSOD cycling

Now to stretch!

I am away for work this weekend but they are pretty easy days so I have some time to workout.
Yesterday I went to an actual gym- a treat for me- and did hill repeats on the TM then did lower body.
Today I ran 4 miles on a beautiful path along the river here. I may go back to the gym tonight to take advantage and do some upper body.
Lisa-I try so hard to do some yoga but I just can’t seem to like it. I am very tight so it is quite uncomfortable for me. Even the beginners stuff. Something I really have to start working on- I know it would do my body good.

Today was more walking and yoga.

Ceci you are killing in with STS! I wish I could get motivated to do that series again.

Melanie I really do not like yoga but I force myself to do it. The older I get the more I feel I need it. I am less about what I look like and more about health and mobility. It’s quite a switch from when I was younger :D

No workouts this weekend, nothing but rain,rain and more rain plus the temperature didn't get out of the 50's today so very cool.

I will be back at it tomorrow. [emoji41]
