Hello Everyone,

Today I did PUB - I only do one move and not 2 or 3 as Cathe does. Next, I moved on to SSOD KB workout. I managed about 15 minutes of swinging, push ups etc..

I am in the office most of the day today with clients and supervision. I have tomorrow off. yeah!

I have decided to run a half marathon in June if my arthritic toe holds up (that sounds so pathetic). It would be my fifth. It is a women’s only diva run which sounds fun and it is close by.
So I am beginning to build my base- today was 40 minutes of easy running on the mill.
I plan on doing 3 runs a week, an upper body strength day, a lower body strength day, a tabata/interval day, and one day of yoga (this will be the hardest but I know I need it).
Have a fun Saturday everyone. I have a wedding to go to tonight.

Today was yoga. We went to breakfast ran some errands and now it’s laundry and relaxing!

Ceci do you usually work 7 days a week?

Melanie good for you on the half marathon. I have never been a runner. I did laugh at your comment on the arthritic toe holding up. I feel like every week I have another alignment.

Hi ladies,

Well, I took a walk to one of my ladies house to deliver a sympathy card, her 98.5 year old mom passed away on Tuesday. We talked for a while and then I walked home. About 42 minutes total of walking.

Nice to see us all checking in some capacity. Melanie! wow. go for it! and update us as you train, please. that is such an undertaking.

Today I did a 45 minute cycle/light weight workout - mainly cycle. my foot is hurting this week (the one i broke last year) so I am sad(ish).

Lisa - I have a full time job and a part-time private psychotherapy practice (oooh alliteration, nice use of the rhetorical device here) near my home. So yes, I often work 7 days a week as I work M-F then Thursday/Friday evgs + a few hours on Saturdays, I also work a lot of Sundays but just a session or two. Today i have just one session = 1 hour. I am trying to take every second Sunday off going forward as it can all be a bit much even though I enjoy it.

Hi gals,

Ended up taking a 45 minute walk with my friend. We walked and talked and tried not to get hit by people not paying attention to the crosswalk signals.

Felt good to be outside.

Lisa- I did yoga as well today. First time in about a decade! I found a 20 minute beginner yoga video on you tube. It was OK- will do a different beginner one next time.
