Hi Everyone,
Today I did a quick workout blender workout of sts legs + cycle segments for about 45 minutes. I did my own stretch.
I am off to take my eldest DD to University again.
Have a great long weekend everyone. I won't check in a workout tomorrow or monday - just sayin'
and melanie - goodness - you really caught yourself a doozy. this has been going on for a few weeks now. I sure hope it's almost over.
