Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did another GCN 35 minutes hiit cycling workout + Cathe Live - lovin' those legs - I did about 25 minutes of the core program - weights only. I did my own stretch.

Enjoy your weekend. I am working today until 2pm and then the rest of the weekend is mine!

Hello- sorry about my absence. I have been on overdrive. I usually post right after I workout but I seemed to have to move on to the next thing too quickly.
Hope you all are well and have been kickin' your workouts!!
Today I did Cardio Mish Mosh Live. I like the live videos as you never know what's coming next.

Easy 3 miles on the mill. Snuck them in before we vaccinate our calves this afternoon. Felt really good- running has felt awesome lately. :)
