Hi Everyone,

I am late checking in. Partied with high school friends til 2 am so did not get up until 9! I forced myself to do a Studio Sweat on Demand cycle and lower body interval workout for 50 minutes including stretch. Not sure how I managed that one!

High and low HIIT portions of Intensity yesterday.
4 mile run and push ups this morning.
Got lots of snow here yesterday. Winter is here for good I think.

Today is a rest day. Lots of errands and going out to dinner tonight:)

Hi ladies,

I slept like a teenager with nothing to do on a Saturday, LOL!! After teaching 2 demanding classes yesterday, I was beat.

Today is a rest day unless I get a burst of energy and decide to work on my newer routines.

Cooler today with rain.

Today I did more WB of cycling and biceps/chest/light lower body - 50 minutes not including my own stretch.

Melanie - I love hi/lo from intensity! there was snow in ontario just not in toronto so yeah - ol' man winter is on his wayyyyy!

After getting up at 7:30... then my husband pointed out it was really 8:30 as the clocks had changed. So I got an extra hour without even knowing it o_O
I looked at the weather forecast for the week- calling for -20C on Wednesday night. Time to hibernate.
Today was Bootcamp Blast Live- ALL OVER workout with tough cardio. A good one.

Hi ladies,

Ok, I decided to go through my High Energy Dance Circuit and iron out some moves, I ended up adding warm up combos to several of the workouts because the warm up songs are so long. I only used body weight to do the weight portions didn't feel like grabbing my light dumbbells which were in another room.

This is a 55 minute workout. Not too shabby.
