Good Saturday Morning Ladies,
Today I did STS Meso 1 - back and biceps (it was triceps but I made up my own biceps routine). Next I did Suzanne Bowen Fitness Upper Body workout (short bodyweight) + some TTapp. I ordered some TTapp in the black friday sale.
Sandy - When I first started Cathe, I could not get past the first half of the workout it was so tough. then, suddently, it wasn't. i find KPC a bit boring now. I love her new KB workouts. Love the music.
Busy day today. whoa. counselling, finishing an assignment, writing someone's resume ugh.
