I did a mish mosh this morning (I used to say mish mash until I got re-socialized on language). I did Flex Train premix sans abs/core + Great Glutes the chair workout (thanks for the idea conni) and a 9 minute you tube kettlebell workout with weights.
I did a Saturday workout YAY for me!! LOL!! I did Kelly Coffey-Meyer's Quick Fix Cardio and then did Taebo Express Abs. I am back down another half a pound so mixing up my cardio is working.
Speaking of mishmashes, I found a great one today!
I did Step Moves, which a lot of people don't like, but I thought it was pretty good. It wasn't super intense, so I added the X10 Step segment at the end. Perfect Sweatfest!!! Try it!
