Daily Check in Weekend of November 2 & 3, 2013

Hi everyone,

I did a mish mosh this morning (I used to say mish mash until I got re-socialized on language). I did Flex Train premix sans abs/core + Great Glutes the chair workout (thanks for the idea conni) and a 9 minute you tube kettlebell workout with weights.

Am I too late to buy the calendar?

Hi gals,

I did a Saturday workout YAY for me!! LOL!! I did Kelly Coffey-Meyer's Quick Fix Cardio and then did Taebo Express Abs. I am back down another half a pound so mixing up my cardio is working.

Speaking of mishmashes, I found a great one today!

I did Step Moves, which a lot of people don't like, but I thought it was pretty good. It wasn't super intense, so I added the X10 Step segment at the end. Perfect Sweatfest!!! Try it!
 
Hi all we had a nice walk today. I think I will get a jump rope tomorrow and try adding that a couple of times per week.

Hi Everyone,

This morning I did KCM Cardio Blast Plyo premix + Angie Miller Kettlebell Bootcamp 5 - 5 minute segments. It was good - another library find.

It's frrrrrrreezing here. Brrrrrrrrrrrr.

Hi all,

Today was Xtrain Chest, Back and Shoulders premix 1 with core 1.

Lots to do today, DS has a golf banquet, chores to do, leaves to rake...
