Hi Ladies,
Today was short cardio and upper body - I did TF Hiit 20 and slammed it! It felt fantastic, one of the best hiit workouts I have done for awhile. I then did the Upper body, core and stretch from MIS to round it all out.
Chores, and few errands and taking DS to go golfing. That is as good as it gets today!
