Hi ladies this whole week was a bust for me. :( I hope next week is a better for me fitness wise.

My last week at the office before boss comes back from vacation. Our bosses have been on recess for the month of July and mine has been out of town for the month. It's been nice, still busy but nice.

The Cathe Live Roadtrip Step class was so much fun, and it was neat working out in "real" time with the class.

Today was Slide and Glide, I just felt like it...

Haircut today, golf shoes for DS and other errands on the agenda..
 
Hi ladies just finished 36 rounds of 30 sec work, 10 sec rest of total body, upper body, lower body, ab work using 25 db, 15 kb, and 30 bb. I took one 30 second break at one point. The whole thing took about 30 min.

I bought a pair of the WAG gloves. I got the ultra which are good for weight work and plank work. No thumb pain today with plank work. :)

Hi everyone,

Today I did sts meso 2 chest shoulders and triceps. I also did a back stretch. Good workouts everyone. I will do a cathe live tomorrow
