Early start for me today. I am short on time so managed Tapout Cardio XT. It starts out easy but ends tough. Whoa!

Hi ladies,

Today was Cathe Live Kickboxing and compound weights from last week to sub for MMA Boxing. Nice workout!!
Lots of cleaning and shopping to do today, first time since the funeral I have had to get anything done. Dance Auditions went well, emotions are definitely running high with a lot of these kids during this process- whew!
 
Hi ladies,

Just finished Cathe Live Lean and Mean legs to sub for Leaner Legs. Forgot there was some cardio in that one, but it served me well.
More baking today and I need to start wrapping gifts. Where has the time gone?
 
Great Sunday morning ladies! After church services I did a short intense Marcus Martinez full body fat burn workout. its six exercises at 30 sec each for an intense 3 min. One min rest and repeat 5 times. It clocks in at about 20 min workout. I need to burn off that vacation. My husband and I were in Puerto Rico for one week. visiting his family. He had two family members die in the last couple of months and wanted to reconnect with his family he had not seen in many years. It was very nice visit and the weather was fantastic. But I ate and drank more than usual and no workouts.
