Hi Ladies,
Started off my weekend with some series cardio - TF 45, followed by 100 crunches and then TF stretch 10. I am pumped for Chalene to make another TF series, which seems to be on the radar screen....hmmm
Doing chores, meeting the in-laws for lunch in Hudson, then watching PGA while it rains later.
