Hi Ladies,

Started off my weekend with some series cardio - TF 45, followed by 100 crunches and then TF stretch 10. I am pumped for Chalene to make another TF series, which seems to be on the radar screen....hmmm

Doing chores, meeting the in-laws for lunch in Hudson, then watching PGA while it rains later.

Bring it!
 
Hello everyone! Its a beautiful Saturday over here in SWF. :cool: I decided to take the day off and rest. With my husband retired he handles lots of the cleaning chores during the week so Saturday has been a free day for us.

Tammy - great work on that add on yesterday. I used an interval timer working 30 seconds and resting for 10 sec. 24 rounds. Your method sounds wayyyyyyy more tough!!! You go girl!

I may stretch later.

Hi All!

Late check-in for me...my day did not go as planned. I did Jillian's BFBM and then added on 10 minute solution pilates for abs. After that we ended up going to the horse races at Saratoga....it was absolutely mobbed! We had to park really, really, really far away...really!

Had a good day and cashed in a few tickets so we broke even. Now I'm catching up on laundry and tomorrow I'll have to do the housework I was supposed to do today :confused:

Carmen ~ How nice of your husband to help with the chores :D The swing-squat thrust pyramid down challenge is amazing. The sticky point is when you get to 8 reps each, but then it is all downhill ;)

Hi ladies,

Today was a weight day - I did MR Perfect 10 Volume two, both workouts, repeating the ab work and upping my weights to feel it working.
Nice Sunday workout, not too crazy.

Rainy day here, doing chores and feeling lazy, I guess..
 
Hi Everyone,

I did not have a chance to workout at all yesterday.... The babies and an active 2 year old kept DH, my girls and me very busy. It was fun. I love babies - especially one's that are family.

Today I did STS Meso cycle who knows what number but it was legs - wow! i actually felt sick after 'cos I jumped rope in between the 60 second rest periods. Then I did some Cathe abs.

Good workouts everyone. Conni do you have STS? For now I am done using meso cycle 1 - muscle endurance. great workouts but not my cup of tea. i prefer heavier with fewer reps so I am LOVING Hypertrophy.

I did CC#4 this morning followed by Ellen Barrett Crunch Pick Your Spot Pilates 10 min thighs...good workout! :D

Siobhan ~ I either want to do an STS or P90x rotation in the fall.

Carmen ~ Those S90 workouts are great...good bang for the buck!

Conni ~ Love lazy...we don't get enough of lazy days!!!

This is what I own. I have a few loaned out right now so not sure which ones exactly need to be added to the list. I am ashamed of some of my purchases over the years. I am not going to lie. Impulse buys. Some were for my daughter who tried them once (yeah right).

I have a question: Is it legal to burn DVD's and lend the burned DVD so someone can try it out before buying it? Is it legal to burn a DVD, keep the copy and lend the original for someone to try out before buying it? I will be finished with my STS (for now) in the Fall but love many of the workouts as one off's. My P90X is 'borrowed'.
