Daily Check in Weekend of April 18 & 19, 2015

Good morning everyone,

the sun is shining!

Today I did PUB biceps + RWH biceps + Glute Challenge + Abs Challenge. These challenges take 30 minutes! No time for cardio these days.

My 16 year old DD is doing STS Meso 2 and is loving it! Her biceps are starting to show and she is feeling great and powerful.
