Wow! Can't believe I am first.

I did Jeanette Jenkin's Kickbox Bootcamp Circuit workout for my cardio and weights today, trying to mix it up so as to keep my body guessing. Down another pound.

Stress is a wonderful weight loss plan, sigh.:( But I do like the results.

Thanks for getting us going. I think different workouts keep the muscles confused, which bodes for better results..
Today was Xtrain Cardio Leg Blast and 100 crunches.
