Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of cardio by C&E, the biceps segment from PUB and did my own stretch = 45 minutes.

Aqua girl - I'm so happy to see your workout creation yesterday. Nice mix of cardio and strength :)
Annette - It sounds like being in the sun is rest and recovery for you. WTG with your enduring gym workout!
Nora - great total body workout yesterday!

Siobhan, you had a great mish-mosh this morning with C&E cardio, PUB biceps & your own stretch, for
a long 45 min. workout!

Today's workouts:

CoffeyFit Raw- "Upper Body Weights with Sammy" - 30 min.
Blender- "Lower Body Companion # 3" - 18 min.

That's it! Hope you all have a good day!. Missed Chele & Nicki yesterday!
 
Hi ladies,

Today I went YouTube searching for a new kickboxing workout and found FightCamp kickboxing workouts. They are 1 instructor and a heavy bag(but can be done as shadow boxing) and they are intense. I wore my wrist weights but may go to my boxing gloves next time. Most are around 20 minutes but I found 1 30 minute one.

So I did a 30 minute one with 6 rounds, and then a 22 minute one with 4 rounds, they are good but very high energy. I did sweat some by the end.

So I am done and hope to lay in the sun.

I feel your pain, I am thinking I need to go see my chiropractor….:)…I was thinking
Monday morning, “ok, he’s here on Monday afternoons, but then remembered, aawww
it’s Labor Day! He’ll be back here again Friday AM, we’ll see….

A new YT kickboxing workout- called FightCamp - sounds really fun and tough - nearly an hour. Awesome & job sounding workout with heavy bag, gloves, and shadow boxing. Love IT!!

I'm sorry your leg is still bothering you. I hope the Boss Bands workout did not cause issues. Maybe take a nice warm bath with
Epsom salts see if that helps. Sending you healing thoughts and prayers.Fingers crossed your leg will be ok. Take care and rest;)
