Good Morning Everyone,

I did a short 40 minute workout today of Cathe live giant sets. I will do this one again so I can do it all. I didn't fall asleep until after 11pm last night so I am surprised I even got up.

rest day yesterday just to take it easy.

Hi ladies

Yesterday was high low hit plus abs Live and today legs weights and barre Live. It was my first time doing that legwork out and it was awesome.

Hi ladies,

Today I taught my Dance circuit workout to 7 ladies for about 50 minutes.

Then I did 37 minutes of legwork which included the calf machine 2 sets of 15 reps, straight foot and feet at an angle, then the leg press machine 2 sets 15 reps, straight foot and feet angled heavy set first then a slightly lighter set. Then I did 2 sets of 15 reps on the inner thigh machine and outer thigh machine.

Then I did it all again, starting with the lighter weight that I ended the 1st round and going slightly lower for the 2nd sets.

Then I did floorwork abs and legs and a stretch total about 37 minutes .

Then I came home and did one of the Taebo Express workouts called Fast Footwork for 11 minutes. Now I am finished!!

Warmer day today.

Love those legs live- most of it as got interrupted part way through by my visiting daughter who was having an issue with her brother. Both adults, both should be able to sort things out like adults... not so it seems.
Hopefully I'll get a good one in tomorrow.
