Good morning everyone,

Today I did Cathe's legs & Glutes - standing only - gawwsh I love the music in that one + my own heavy weight deadlift & glute challenge + my own 5X5 chest/shoulders/tricep workout and stretch.

Annette - congrats on all your hard work. I, on the other hand, had an unplanned date with a chelsea bun after work yesterday. It was a serious lapse in judgment. We won't be seeing each other again - I hope.

Today was Cathe Live Upper Body Barbell workout ( only I used Dumbbells...).

What is a Chelsea Bun?
 
Hi gals,

Thanks it feels good to be in a smaller size even if my weight is stuck.

Today was the Get Amped Taebo workout and 35 minutes at the gym. I have really hurt my shoulder so I am having to go light on one arm. :(
