I had 8 ladies for the debut of my 20-20-20 Split Series 1 Chest and Back. It was an hour long. 20 minutes of weights, 20 of cardio kickboxing and 20 of regular aerobics.
Then I did 20 minutes of weight work.
It is raining rather downpouring, here. Nor sure I want to go out into the storm.
