Hi ladies,

Step day - I find myself doing fewer and fewer step workouts, just not feeling the love I guess. I did Diedre's Tap Less Step More.

Siobhan - Did you like KPC? It is one of Cathe's best kickboxing workouts, imo, but it is kind of boring to me so I don't reach for it that much.
 
Hi gals,

Today was a gym day, next to my last day at the gym, Friday will be my last day. Sigh:(. I did all upper and lower body today, bench pressed 100 pounds for 6 reps.

Hi everyone

Tonight I did gym style legs and had a nice walk in the park at lunch. See you all tomorrow.
