Today was RWH Chest, triceps and Shoulders and Bonus Core 1.

My arms are going to feel this one...
 
Hi gals,

Today was Cathe's Kick Max the first 23 minutes of the Low Impact Timesaver then an 8 minute Taebo which is actually 11 minutes, then 40 minutes at the gym.

Still nursing a sore shoulder.

Whoa! I thought I checked in.

Yesterday I did 30 minutes of Supercuts. Neither of the computers down here were working so it took me a while to get started.

See you all... today. Not sure what my workout will be.
