Today I did Kickmax - standing portion only. It was a sweatfest once we went into the blasts. otherwise, the kb drills are a bit slow for me in this one.

Great workouts yesterday.

Yes, the drills on this and KPC are snoozers...

I did Cardio Boxing and Stability Ball abs Live today...I think I did more cardio, the stream kept sticking and I just kept jumping until it would start up again...kind of frustrating.
 
Hi there, today I did body max, step combos and power circuits. Enjoyed it so much! Great music and a super Cathe on this one!
Cecififi, I really want to thank you for your reply about the St series. Good idea to do some one month rotations now and there and use the workouts as stand alone. Will buy the series in the next few months, maybe as a Christmas present to myself!!! How many days missing??? Really around the corner, though December is a very hard month as far as my work is concerned, so Christmas holidays are so welcome.... Thanks again and take care all of you...
 
Almost forgot to check in.... hummm now I have to remember... oh yea, it was Taebo's This is Taebo the first 26 min. then 40 min. at the gym.
