Hello everyone,

As Conni says... It's hump day.

This morning I did not feel like working out. I pulled out Lisa Watson's Strong Stride and just started doing segments - mainly lower body. This is a little gem. The program is confusing but the moves are unique and fry your thighs.

It's thanksgiving this weekend so I have 4 days off starting friday. I am excited for time off.

Carmen - I'll figure out how to fix that for you re: MMA.

enjoy your day ladies. I think I might buy body beast...... for DH (and for me to try). I just love lifting heavy.

Yep, happy hump day!

Siobhan - I wish I could lift heavy sometimes, but I just get soooo big when I do, my hormones must be wacky.

Today was BM2 but I just did that so I did Mike D's Extreme Burn workout 2. First time with this one, not sure which I like better....1 or 2. The corework in this one really is tough!

Siobhan - Thanksgiving??? Please explain.
 
Ok, doing good 3 workouts in a row. Today was one of those nothing is appealing days when it came to cardio, sooo I started with the warm up of Amy Bento's Cardio Surge workout but I remembered that some of the moves just don't come easy for me to follow so after the 8 min. warm up( which was cardio all by itself) I switched to Amy Bento's Kickbox Xtreme and did about 18 min. of a premix to get more cardio in and I felt it. So in essence a combo workout that was almost 30 min. so not bad.


I now get to ready myself for my annual squishogram. Have a great day!!:D
 
Hi Ladies = this week is flying by! I just did the upper body premix from total body trisets - except it only worked the chest, shoulders and tris. The workout was about 19 min with warm up and stretch. Not a bad workout when short on time.

I'm looking at an MMA conditioning workout. the workouts look to be about 30 min and very challenging. I'll post the link.

Hi :)

I did my usual cardio (today more time at resistance 16/16), then PUB, back and shoulders only. I used about 75% of what Cathe used.
